To be quite honest, I was terrified to have any procedure on my ears. Had a dreadful experience two decades ago. Attended my appointment this morning after finding my left ear continued to block and was causing intermittent discomfort. From the moment I walked into the reception I was greeted with a smile and comforting words. My nurse, Cindy, was unbelievable! Within minutes I was greeted by her and taken into the room where a comprehensive rundown was given on the procedure. Within 20 minutes both my ears were examined cleaned and the clarity of hearing from my troubled left ear was out of this world. The procedure was painless. I had worried for no reason. I highly recommend booking an appointment. Arrive a little earlier to find parking (I was in Brighton clinic) make sure you follow instructions and apply oil to both ears several times before your appointment and fill out the online form before attending your appointment. So, so happy I had this procedure done! Thankyou to the team

Excellent procedure professionally performed with a great result to remove harden wax deposits in both ears. Obviously should have arranged at an earlier date.

Professional staff, clean and comfortable clinic, convenient location. It made my day to see how caring and hospitable the nurse and receptionist were to an elderly couple who were leaving as I arrived. Huge thank you to Cindy for her expert advice. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time of day, but there’s a Woolworths car park less than 5 minutes walk up Well Street past the bridge if you have time.

Very professional and friendly. Turned out I had a 5.5cm long wax plug in my left ear! - which was tenderly extracted without a hitch. Such a great feeling to have crystal clear ears again! Double thumbs up

After some traumatic experiences in the past I was reluctant to have my ears micro suctioned but my GP spoke very highly of this clinic so I decided to give it a go.
The staff were great. Andrea the nurse was lovely and the procedure was quick and went well.

Excellent service, exceeded expectations. The difference between before and after dewaxing was a revelation, absolutely recommend this service. Maggie, the nurse, was truly professional and both thoughtful and communicative, excellent clinically. Hearing now back to normal again. Will use service again as required.

Great process. Super friendly helpful staff. GP’s should not be doing this their old fashioned way harmful to ear drums, this is the new way of effective treatment.

The Brighton clinic was great, clean, professional and attentive. The nurse i had was brilliant, very patient, and very careful with her work, cleaned out my ears and removed a lot of wax, i feel so much better and can hear better and do not need to see a E&T specialist. Highly recommend their services.

I was very happy with the service. Cathy squeezed me in just prior to Covid lockdown as my ear infection had caused quite severe deafness. The procedure by Simone was painless and she explained everything to me. Sadly I still have the ear infection but after antibiotics I will return to Crystal Clear Ears for another treatment.

After putting off getting my ears checked for years as I have had so many operations for my ears since I was a baby, and I do not like anyone going near my ears it was my brother who suggested I give Crystal Clear a go.

I knew my ears were blocked but the thought of having an apparatus into them makes me cringe.

I cannot thank the team in Brighton enough for making my most hated life medical appointment actually really pleasant. They were extremely gentle and quick, I highly recommended this treatment I walked out being able to hear clearly again. Now everything seems so loud so much so that every volume on everything I listen to has been turned down over halfway.

I will be back and absolutely recommend this non invasive quick treatment.

Hearing from my right ear seemed to be getting progressively worse and I just accepted it. Trouble was I started having the television quite loud in order to hear it properly. On a visit to the doctor I mentioned it and he suggested I try Waxsol ear drops from the pharmacy. I tried this but it didn't work for me.

The situation got progresively wore when I started not hearing my partner's daily commands and I kept asking her to repeat them. She eventually suggested that I should visit Crystal Clear Ears so we made an appointment.

The cleaning process was fairly quick and painless. The nurse was very professional and very gentle. My hearing has improved, the television is now quite a few levels lower, and my partner is happy as she doesn't have to repeat her daily commands as often as she used to have too.
