Crystal Clear ears was exactly that. I feel like I can hear every sound so clear now. It is like I have super human hearing powers. 100 stars out of 5. I am so thankful & relieved.

This ear clinic is amazing, I can hear very clear now, thanks to nurse Judy, she is so friendly and nice, thanks for her being looking after me. Especially thanks to the reception ladies, so friendly and helpful.

After travelling with blocked ears that didn't clear up (>24dB loss of hearing), I was desperately looking for a clinic that could do ear cleaning. Suction cleaning isn't for everyone, but is the preferred solution and having done it before I knew what to expect. Crystal Clear Ears luckily had an appointment slot available next day so I immediately jumped on it. Staff were super courteous and explained the whole process making sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Both ears had enough wax to make several candles - lol. After they finished excavation, I had clean ears again and my hearing was restored. Thanks team - I will definitely be coming back yearly to get a cleaning and checkup. The only downside is that insurance support is limited - so if this is an issue for you, make sure to check ahead of time to avoid dissapointment.

The best $170 I have ever spent. They are so friendly and helpful. They explained the whole procedure and it only took 10 minutes. I went in with no hearing in my left ear and left like it was new again.
Definitely recommend to everyone.

I am a glutton for punishment! Today (5 July 2023) I revisited the Glen Waverley branch and found the same pleasant atmosphere that I experienced when I erred my earlier review more than two years ago. This time my nurse Jan was exceptionally good. I would rate her as 11 out 10. Thanks Jan!

I unfortunately have a problem with wax forming in my ear canals which adversely affects my hearing. After having my ears treated by the friendly staff at Crystal Clear clinic at Glen Waverley there was a noticeable change in my hearing. The nurse was careful when performing the treatment giving me warnings along the way what to expect. To top it off Tracy at reception is extremely friendly making it a pleasure to visit. I certainly recommend Crystal Clear for treating wax removal.

I took my 3 year old to the Clear Ears Clinic for help treating her earache through wax removal. The nurse Simone was gentle and amazing with my daughter, and the receptionists Tracey and Alex were so helpful and accommodating, fitting us in on the day. Would definitely recommend the clinic

Best place to get your ear cleaned with no risk at all, very professional people with full of knowledge and the customer service was excellent, very cheap price compare to the job they do.

I brought my daughter to check out her ear and nothing was done due to no ear wax found. We had five minutes conversation which ended up a charge of $105, the so called education fee. My daughter said she had learnt all this at her science class. I don’t mind paying some fee but obviously their charges are much higher than an ENT specialist. It is a rip-off.

Such a relief to hear properly again. The nurses are gentle effective and explain everything clearly i have been attending these clinics for many years thanks job well done. Ian

What a fantastic service. My 4yr old needed her ears cleaned and Mary was exceptional. Took her time to explain and make my daughter feel comfortable.
Reception staff were so kind helping me out with my younger children. Can’t recommended there service enough.

My nine year old Autistic daughter put Play-Doh down her ear. I was really worried they wouldn't be able to get it out and she'd have to go under for the procedure at a hospital. Thankfully the nurses were extremely patient and gentle and managed to extract a pea sized blob from her ear.

I attended this clinic last week and was greatly impressed by the outcome of my visit. The nurse removed deep seated wax from both my ears and as a result my hearing has greatly improved. It was recommended that I see an audiologist for further follow up.
All staff there were were friendly, competent and attentive. The nurse, Judy, who carried out my treatment was particularly impressive clearly having a comprehensive knowledge of the workings of the ear and problems associated with it. She was also able to provide good advice as to how I should look after my ears in the future.
I was seen at my precise appointment time so there was time waiting around. There is both off street and on street parking available at the clinic. I paid $125 with concession. From memory I think it was $135 without. Certainly a good investment for the restoration of my hearing and it beats travelling all the way to Carlton and waiting around for hours to be seen at the Eye and Ear Hospital.

I experienced sudden sensorineural hearing loss after a blow to the ear earlier this year. I saw the specialists at the ear and eye hospital.results were fairly positive but my ear still felt blocked and I couldn’t hear that great and had ringing. This was terribly distressing as I work as an audio engineer and musician.
The care I had given to me by the nurse and the trainee nurse here was bar none. I could feel they sincerely cared about my well-being, and my sudden hearing loss. They cleaned my ear, examined it and reassured me my hearing would probably come back in time. And it did!
Thank you to the nurses, I really felt cared for here. I appreciate it!

OMG. I wish I had of known about this clinic earlier. 6 weeks with a blocked ear, 3 GP visits, multiple prescription drops and tablets. Booked on-line for a same day appointment and walked out being able to hear clearly. Highly recommend this service to everyone.
