Total ripoff. In September I paid for a detailed clean and forward paid for another at what I was told was a discount rate for doing so. When I went to claim it today I was told it wasn't available as it had to be claimed within 3 months! At no time during the original visit were I told this and all I got today was some garbled reasoning. Avoid like the plague. The people who run it seem to be scam artists and liars.

Never come here for a car wash ！！！！！

This place is a scam, these people don't wash cars at all and only damage them, there are only automatic car washes here and these Indians don't care about your car.

If you can stand the 20 mins they claim to complete the outside and inside wash, they don't do any work at all, I watched them take 30 seconds to vacuum, 5 mins for the auto wash and then leave my car on the side for 15 mins and no one informed me. I also ended up noticing visible scratches on my car.

All of you reading this review, never, ever come here for a car wash.

$19 car wash for $25. I was seeking a very basic external rinse. Apparently "$19 4 min car wash" is just the name of the service and nothing to do with the price. After I reluctantly agreed they took the car away and then said it is now going to be $35. I unloaded the car myself and left before the price inevitably became $100 by the end the cleaning service.

Horrible experience, very inpatient service and did not even cleaned or dried properly and still have a big bird poo when I drive away, will not recommend to anyone and will never return to any of this franchise store again.

Seriously every time I come and get my car washed I have to ask for a lot of it to be redone, they are lucky (or I am stupid) that there isn’t another car wash near me. Charge a fortune and do a dodgy job. The only Crystal part is the cost, not the service. Terrible

Used to be very detailed In cleaning.
Now it's mostly clean but they might miss some spots from time to time.

But the waiting area is really nice.

Omg! Worst car wash in Melbourne. I've done my best at preventing my rims from being scratched and it just took one trip to this horrible car wash to ruin it. Don't ever come here! I decided to purchase the $19 4min car wash (which is actually $22). This is where you drive around the back, to a drive through car wash. As you approach the automatic car wash, you are greeted by a worker who's yelling at you to hurry up and enter the machine, that barely fits your car/tyres. This machine ended up scratching my rim! Worst experience.

I needed to point out areas not addressed in previous wash here.
Attention to detain needs to be improved. Too keen to sell more than required.
Will still go back here!

Please stop serving all dine-in coffees in plastic takeaway ups with lids. Please use ceramic It will add to the experience & also save the environment

Worst car wash ever. Didn’t lift up the mats to vacuum. Car wasn’t washed properly and when I called them out and showed them how filthy the car still is they were rude and arrogant.
Never again. It’s very sad as I used to know the old owner of the wash when it used to be a top service wash

Car still dirty. Got an inside and out wash. Still dirty stuch to the car. Inside not wiped out properly. Avoid.

DO NOT go to this place… How they even classify themselves as a car wash when you car comes out unwashed is beyond me…

I didn't know you could pay $69 and get your car back dirtier than when you dropped it off! Should have checked the reviews before coming - they're spot on. Do not reccomend!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Came into the wash with two tail lights, came out with 1 broken tail light. Manager showed me CCTV and proved that it was intake upon arrival but refuses to refund me $100. He also refused to give me any contact details other than his own and then lied about his name, said it was Terry Sing when the receptionist then told me it was Garry. The worst thing is they didn’t even inform me, I found out 5 minutes down the road after leaving as they left the broken tail light plastic in the driver side door. Disgusting.

Quick and shoddy work- it’s all about turnover rather than doing a good job… won’t go back there in a rush, mind you …. Won’t go back there again…. There are many other car wash places that give better service with a more thorough and professional clean at a lower price

It’s so disappointing to pay for a service and it’s a rushed job. There is no attention to detail. No proper vacuuming or wiping the interior at all I had to ask multiple times to redo the parts that weren’t done. Not worth the price.

This joints motto is "you know it is clean when it is crystal clean". My car was not near crystal clean. It was not even clean. I wish I had read the reviews before driving into this establishment. I specifically asked them to do a thorough clean inside especially the windows. Not only was the windscreen still filthy on the outside, it was barely clean on the inside. When I asked for a cloth to clean the windows the bloke attending to my car must have felt some shame as he reluctantly quickly smeared his dirty cloth around and said there. The smear simply spread the dirt everywhere else. It took three goes before in sheer frustration I drove off. Keep your $65 dollars in your pocket and go elsewhere.

I am very disappointed as I have been here many times previously and was a huge advocate. After seeing what they call “clean” today I will not be returning.

Half arsed job, don’t waste your money. Had to send it back to be redone. Always check it over before they try and give it back.

When i pay $65 for an exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe-down (yes, the wipe-down cost extra) i expect my car to be clean.
Entire sections of both bumper bars were missed. Windows eere not satisfactorily clean and mirrors were not even touched.
I recommend you waste your money somewhere else.
