Crust Pizza Geelong

Portion sizes are a joke for the price. Pizza arrived cold and stale. Pasta wasn't even cooked properly, also arrived cold.
Would never buy again.

Beautifully designed pizzas with adequate toppings. Will recommend Crust Geelong West for its fast and efficient service.

Crust has really declined in quality lately, nothing tastes fresh. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m sorry guys, but after tonight’s experience, you aren’t fit to carry the ‘CRUST’ name. Such absolutely underwhelming pizzas. Lack of toppings and lack of flavor. And judging by the reviews here, you are going to need to do some serious soul searching.

Always tasty and fresh and great for those times when a standard production line pizza won’t suffice.

I love the plant based range at Crust and this is the main reason they're getting a good rating from me. Service can leave something to be desired with ordering times frequently not met and I have had a few orders come out to us incorrect. Would recommend take away as there is not a large seating area.

Delivery didn’t arrive with drinks. Was told ‘what do you want me to do about it? ’ So staff were rude and useless.

I went in with low expectations and was still pretty disappointed.
Both pizzas lacked any flavour - despite being from the fancier Signature Range. The garlic bread was the home brand one from woolies and was lukewarm.
The order was ready on time and it wasn’t super greasy. Otherwise nothing to recommend this place

Not sure if under new management but our order was delayed by 30 minutes. Really disappointed as this pizza joint used to be really good.

Very average, not up to the expectations from Crust at all. Ordered 5 pizzas, 2 from signature and 3 from classic range. Very dry bases, not enough topping and cheese. Very bland. Disappointed.

First time trying this Crust and it was a hit. Pizza cooked to perfection and they put just a little sauce as requested. Great prices too compared to other stores.

We would always get the vegetarian pizza but it seems each time the toppings are becoming less and less (it used to be great) in fact it got to a stage that e thought there would be nothing on the base! 2 stars for service and friendliness! Don’t think I will bother with them anymore!

Ordered a pizza and chips, the order came cold and the pizza i received was not what i ordered. It came with a topping i have an allergy to, whole thing went in the trash.

Didn't bring coke, was told to call up or go in for credit, went in and didn't give Coke
No option to remove cheese for those with allergies
Was 20 minutes late and the store was closed and couldn't even call
First and last time eating at Crust

On multiple occasions have received pizzas with missing ingredients, incorrect toppings and very poor presentation. When prepared properly, Crust have such yummy pizzas - our old local Crust Pizza served flawless pizzas every time. Geelong Crust really needs to pick up their game.

Possibly the best pizza I've had in ages! Good amount of toppings and very decent price. Crust was thin and crispy. Only criticism is that I had to wait longer for my order. No biggy though.

Very average type of Pizza, however it was edible although very bland, service was quick and friendly, don't think I would be in a hurry to go back again, much better Pizza Shops on Pakington St

Twice I've ordered here on uber eats and twice they've cancelled after I've waited for over 1 hour and then nothing else is open. Thanks for nothing.

Made an order today around 5: 30pm via Deliveroo and was supposed to arrive around 6: 20pm. I gave them an extra 30 minutes as I thought they were busy. I called twice. The first time I called they told me that they just left and should be delivered within 10 minutes. I still haven’t received my food. The second time (25 minutes later) in regards of my food’s whereabouts, they (the delivery driver) explained a lot of bs “I came to the house and there was a man out the front saying it’s not their food”. They offered to make it again, which I agreed to. Food is nice, but service is poor and delivery service is also poor, slow and lazy. And they have the audacity to lie about the errors. Never coming back. Biggest waste of money and time.
