Crust Pizza

First and last time I’m afraid. We paid $37 for a pizza that quite honestly was a supermarket $15 frozen pizza standard. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Arrived late Friday evening- very helpful staff, friendly and engaging, had a pasta and pizza- both were exceptional- would highly recommend- very well priced

Great little dining area out the back of the shop with a lovely atmosphere. Food was beautiful, service was good and the Tiramisu cocktail was Devine. Chefs are so lovely. Highly recommend

Relocated to a new location. Now difficult to find a park, with lots of other offerings in the same street which are better value.

Very bad service.the Indian boy at the front is very rude very bad behavior he just refused to give me take away, and he so rudely told me to cancel my order.
Very bad service at the reception.
So egoistic person he is, doesn't have manners how to talk with customers and uber delivery person.

The entire chain went down hill for some reason.
Used to be known for the quality of their ingredients but no longer.

Just recieved cold, old pizza, very dry. We recieved not pepperoni but, mincemeat pizza, stone cold and dry. Left on top of gate, as well. Very disappointing. What's going on? Usually our orders are great from this mob.

Stopped in for weekend dinner and had a great time.
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great options. The pizza were delicious. I always order Customise pizza at every Pizza place but I must say this place is TOP in the TOWN.

I ordered a classic pepperoni but it came with jalapeno chilies on it and onion but on the menu it states that it just has mozzarella and pepperoni and a tomato base

10/10 customer service the guy working on the til was absolutely great, definitely recommend!

The pizza was delicious! But the chips where all cold and soggy and had barely any salt, highly disappointed.

Giving five star for the customer service i got from a beautiful lady there! She had blue dye in her hair.she was honestly so helpful and gave amazing customer service.

Excellent pizzas. Even though they were short staffed pizzas were made perfectly well. Will surely be ordering again.

I never give negative ratings, but this is just the worst pizza I've ever had that I was passed enough to write one. Then to add insult to injury, the pizzas and sides are triple the cost of Pizza Hut and Dominoes! The pizzas tasted like the $5 pizzas you get from your supermarket freezer, and the fried chicken pieces we ordered as a side, were not only oily, but had some strange taste or spice that made it unedible. If you're going to be sub par, at least don't be so costly, or get yourself a better chef!

Pizza is very avarage and pricey, the place looks very avarage and not very clean, staff wear a pair of disposable gloves and need to be careful if they touch other surfaces, like doors, etc.they need to change their gloves before continuing to make a pizza,

I ordered one garlic pizza and a lamb pizza. Both of them were dark, hard and disgusting. I will never order from crust pizza any more.
What a trash!

Crust Brighton is so nice and delicious, their pizza are to die for! I’ve gone there multiple times and have never been disappointed by the food or service. The girls that serve you on weekends are funny and very easy to talk to when you want to change your order or mix it up. Highly recommend this place! 5 stars!

Over the phone customer service is great. However when the place is advertising as “Gourmet” Pizza isn’t that what I should expect. The toppings on the pizza were very minimal and looked nothing like the ones on the website. The bruschetta squares were soggy. The gnocchi was way to over cooked it could of passed for soggy Play-doh. Won’t be ordering dinner from here again.
