I have ordered twice this week from this outlet and never again

Once was on Wednesday at 11: 30am for a ASAP (12pm) delivery. I tried calling 7 times at about 12: 30pm (not once was it picked up) only to finally get the pizzas at 12: 40pm

I then ordered on Saturday night in anticipation for Sunday 11: 30 delivery. I was called at 11: 45 saying that they'd be 20-30mins extra and I tried calling at 12: 30pm (not picked up, of course) to then get the pizzas again at 12: 40, over an hour late. This was for 2 pizzas.

Both times they said they are under staffed, but at least be contactable as I would have cancelled as I had to make alternative arrangements.

I had dining on new yrs ni8 and their staff is very rude they don’t know how to talk. Took more than an hour on my order

Their way of speaking is not right, they argue about everything

I just ordered from Uber eats, i was waiting long time, and thet make me cancel. I couldn't get any reason why canceled my order after cooking done? And then i just call them, no one pick up the phone.
It's like elementary school ppl? No one pick up the phone? Hahaha. Good job! Well done!

Overall, it’s 4 star. The employees who are working but one guy, I think he’s a owner, he was too rude with staff and with customer. Tall and bald one I guess.
But I’m taking pizza whenever it’s always good quality of food

Terrible experience and inedible pizza. Waited over 1.5 hours for delivery, zero communication from the store. Pizza stone cold on arrival. Been waiting for a refund and have called up multiple times only to receive ambiguous answers from
Staff, have no confidence refund ever come. Won’t be going back.

Ordered a Truffle Beef and Garlic Prawn pizza last night From Crust Richmond, they arrived at the specified time, hot and absolutely delicious. They were the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever had - highly recommend giving them a try, we will make them our regular Friday night takeaway.

Received the driest, most inedible pizza. Have emailed twice and am still awaiting a response.

Put an order through at 11.15am, still waiting for it at 2pm. They don't answer their phones at all and head office couldn't help me or get onto them. Horrible service.

I have been a Crust's Richmond customer since they opened in 2002. But lately their service has gone to the dogs.

When one orders a pizza one doesnt expect it to arrive 90 minutes later, stone cold, and crushed. Smashed to the cardboard lid under a lot of other deliverys clearly picked up on the way.

Inedible, it's time to throw that 20 years of being a customer away.

One of the important things for any food store to do is to make sure they pick a delivery company who treats their food with respect and delivers it with speed. Not spending 45 minutes on the way doing more deliveries and leaving this till last.

Back in the day, Crusts had their own delivery drivers, now they contract to Uber, skip Crust is all I can suggest lest you desire freezing cold pizza, hours late. Their peak time - of being a leading pizza place - has long passed.

Don’t advertise on Uber eats if you’re going to be closed you genuine peasants

Worst place, don't visit here please. They will make you wait for an eternity for a single pizza.

Im homeless, and I can barely afford to eat. It would make my life to get a free pizza. Please.

Ordered pizza on Friday night told would be arriving in 45mins but no sign of pizza at 60mins, was told will be another 15 mins as it’s busy but still no sign and found the pizza dumped in the front door at 90mins cold! No one bothered calling me! Called to complained and told they can’t do anything and I need to speak to the owner! No one has called me yet! Very disappointed with the service, even though the pizza is good, I will never order from them again.

Great pizza with plenty of toppings. Multiple vegan options. Affordable bundles. Friendly staff, fast service and easy to use website. All you potentially need from your local pizza shop. Will be coming back Crust Richmond.

I’ve ordered a pizza from this store last night, it was not so great, i never recommend this store anymore to anyone. CRUST~WORST.

The best pizza in the region and super-friendly service. Great range of pizzas, convenient location & parking and A special shout out to staff who always goes above and beyond. I happily vouch for Crust Richmond to order your next dinner!:)

Ordered a delivery at 7.50pm. Called at 8.46pm to find out where the pizza was and was told it's leaving the store. Still waiting at 9.20pm after over 30 mins. Guys - please don't accept orders if you can't meet them reasonably.
