Crust Pizza

Ordered takeaway. Worst pizzas i have ever been given (didn't eat them). Base was disgusting, not properly cooked and so thin. Toppings were sparse, which was a good thing as they were terrible. Just proceeded, tasteless food.

I've never had a pizza with sliced ham instead of shredded. Very ho hum flavour. Crust was fine. Pineapple fine. Overpriced at $22 per pizza. Delivery was quick but left me feeling disappointed. Won't go back.

I brought three pizzas and a garlic bread for $73, I thought it was overpriced and I think the sizes of the pizzas are far smaller than other Pizza stores. Pizzas weren’t too bad to taste. I just had an issue with the price

Such a lovely place to unwind and have a delicious meal! The pizza options are amazing, wd highly recommended the peri peri chicken as the fresh caramelised onions add a zing to the pizza. The spicy paneer option was equally fabulous. It is surely the best pizza joint in Eltham

Unbelievably rude service over the phone!
Ordered via ubereats.
We were missing a garlic bread so we called the driver to ensure it wasn't in his car. He had only been given one and asked us to call the store.
Upon calling the store the woman who answered was rude and unhelpful, told us to sort it out ourselves and then hung up on us. We called back and they blocked our number. We had been completely polite (these things happen!) and couldn't believe how we were treated!
The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that the food we did receive was nice.

Pleasant and friendly experience even though they were very busy with lots of on line or phone orders. The Big P pizza was new on the menu and was quite tasty.

Crust pizza has got to be one of my favourite pizza shops in Eltham. My all-time favourite is Aussie with avocado!

The food might be good. But the delivery is ALWAYS 30 mins late. And when you call to find out where it is they just make up contradictory lies.

Delivery needs to be improved. I live in a nearby suburb, and delivery took 40 mins even though I was told it would be about 15 mins. The only payment options were to (a) speak my credit card number over the phone, or (b) pay cash when the delivery arrived. This is the 21st century, so how about expanding the delivery options, e.g. EFTPOS? The delivery person was clearly innumerate: I presented $50 for a $22 bill, and was given $18 in change, and had to explain to the person that 50-22=28.

Reply to owner's reply: no, I disagree - failing to calculate 50-22 is not a simple mistake, a primary school child could work out that one. Your staff should be capable of simple cash transactions. As for your reply about the delivery timeframe: your phone operator told me it would take about 15 minutes, so perhaps you should train them to give more accurate estimates?

Since you took the time to reply to me, I've revised my review from 1 to 2 stars, and I still think that it is an honest review, not me taking out frustration on someone else, so your personal attack won't change that.

If you are after some great quality Pizza, this is the place you want to have a look. I have been to many other Crust stores but these guys are on different level. They will make your pizza with extra care and love. Weldone guys! Keep up the great work!

I went to this place on Saturday and was highly impressed with the quality of food and service. Brilliant.

Absolutely awful customer service. Delivery man could not work out the amount of change he owed.pizza was extremely average.

Nice pizzas but incredibly slow delivery service. Order at least two hours before you want to eat, especially on a Friday night during lockdown.

Shouldn't offer make your own if you don't pay attention to what is requested. Have given way too many chances, won't be back.

Ordered off Uber Eats and had a fabulous garlic prawn pizza. Prices are quite expensive on the app but pretty good.

The pizzas here are alright but way over priced. The beef truffle rossini lately is full of chewy meat that we end up just turfing it and the others we have had have a chewy base. There are way better pizzas in the area for less than what they charge here. Also, it would be nice to see staff wash their hands occasionally as they walk around preparing many pizzas and touching things.
