Crust Pizza

Recently i got gluten free pizza it was very delicious pizza and tasty as well as the customer service is also good the man who takes orders on front he was too much funny and lovely man.

Recently I got pizzas delivered to my house. The customer service over the phone was good the staff was kind and took their time to explain what ingredients go on the pizzas. The pizzas were delivered before time and were hot. An awesome joint would definitely order from here again.

Vegetarian options: I feel they have a good option in Vegan and Vegetarian pizzas and sides.

We ordered a large pizza, it cost over $30 and what we received is a pizza about the size of my hand.
Absolute rip off. It’s certainly not a large size.

Being a vegan this shop is the best option for fulfilling my pizza cravings!
Been ordering for last 6 months never been disappointed once. So my Vegan folks this is the place for us! Specially the Vegan Moroccan Lamb.
And also they deliver HOT pizzas on time 11/20

Recently I had got delivered to my house. The customer service over the phone was very good and also got my pizza way before the time given and we’ll handled, pizza was hot and very very delicious. Would recommend this place for a very good ambiance and taste of food

The last few months, pizzas and sides have been delivered cold and pizzas barely have any toppings on them. I've been ordering from here for years but the last 4 orders have been awful so I cant justify giving any more chances

We made an order for an extra-large plant-based beef pizza, Crust Camberwell. When the order arrived, it was a large one instead of extra-large, so I rang to realize the reason, and I was told this is the size this type of pizza comes with. It occurred when I paid 29 bucks for the pizza itself. This money is certainly for an extra-large size, not a regular one. This is not acceptable. Sth, which makes it worse, they did not even mention the point when ordering. We had company, and I got so embarrassed for ordering such a meal. Although the size was not wrong, it tasted good. And it lengthened 45 mins to be delivered (one completed half if soccer between Arsenal and Manchester United)

Absolutely appalling customer service - very rude staff when my order disappeared. The young lady working there treated me with disrespect, inferring I was trying to steal a pizza! Despite my sour grapes, pizza tasted good. Will not be returning though.

Pesto chicken club pizza didnt have the avocados as described or depicted in the menu picture (also attached). You can find 2,1cm pieces in the picture if you carefully look for it. Pizza otherwise.just ok.
Carbonara. DRY. BLAND and burnt. You can see a few burnt strand of sphaggetis in the picture.
Overall a real dissapointed experience.
Should have checked the ratings before ordering.
2 stars just coz of the pizza else would bave been a 1.

Very disappointed with the product. Not hot, ingredients are old, made in 5 minutes. We all had vomiting sensation after eating a piece of the pizza.wasted $24. Dominos $5 pizza is 100% better than this. They should shut down the shop if they can't provide quality food. Horrible experience. Will never ever buy from this shop. Pathetic.

Pizza is abit on the pricier side but generally better quality than Dominos. Always consistent here and a fast online orders.

I know it's a franchise, but this is still a pretty well run Crust. Orders for 'asap' are usually ready in around 7-15 mins so it's worth getting in quite promptly for pickup if you don't want your pizza sitting on the oven roof for a while.

Worst decision ever, ordered home delivered pizza last night and my whole family is sick with food poisoning today.

Ordered 2 pizzas, me and my friend both got sick with vomiting and loose bowels along with tummy cramps. We tried to let the shop know what happened, but the response was “I don’t take responsibility, you guys must already be sick”.

Standards have definitely gone down. Used to be my favourite pizza place but the toppings and quantity of toppings are average now for what you pay

My experience with Crust Camberwell is always good! Delicious thin style pizza with generous toppings. We went as a family and enjoyed a couple of pizzas with some appetisers. Staff are friendly and service is great! Highlight recommend. We will be going back:)

We ordred a Tandori & Truffle beef pizza tonight. But both of them were awful. I do not recommend it.
