Ordered three pizzas this evening to pick up. They were ready fast, and the pizzas were absolutely magnificent. Thanks!

Ordered 3 pizzas- Mediterranean lamb, a vegan one with Jackfruit and garlic and herbs. Got a complimentary large Jack Fruit with Peri Peri. Have to say both the Jack Fruit pizzas were absolutely amazing. I am a person who detests Jackfruits but i found myself reaching for more of those pizzas. A big thank you to the Rosanna team for the extra pizza. Amazing service on the phone and also in the delivery. Delivered promptly and safely.

What a disgrace, the food was uneditable, it was cold and one of the pizza's were wrong, basically disgusting

The new management is doing immensely well and maintaining crust standards. Awesome service, delivery on time and sizzling hot pizzas which was so yum and its my fav pizza place!

Greatly improved service and quality of Pizzas since the new owners have taken over. We received our order in just 25mins.which was quite impressive on a Friday night! Also the pizzas that we ordered BBQ Chicken and Garlic Prawns were delicious with authentic gourmet touch!

My wife and I ordered a Vietnamese chilli chicken pizza lastnight; it was delicious! Good pizza! They were quick, delivered it fast and easily, and everything was hot and fresh:) gud going in under new ownership.

Worst attitude to resolving an issue. Ordered through Uber. One of the pizzas was not what we ordered. Rang them, they hung up or disconnected me twice, had to ring back after 10 minutes, eventually spoke to manager who did not want to deal with it, said had to be through Uber and they wouldn't help. Will never order from them again.

After waiting an hour for my delivery I rang to chase up my order and was told it would be another 10 mins. THEN they rang me back and said the hadn’t made it yet and didn’t have the pizza we were after. No discount no nothing. NEVER AGAIN

Do not order from this Crust shop, in particular do not order online. On 19 Feb I ordered an item that was not available. They offered an additional pizza but as I had already ordered two, I didn't want another. I requested a refund. I was told the manager was out and I would have to wait. A week later I rang to inquire when I would receive a refund and was told 'it will be processed when they received my paypal payment'. That was over two weeks ago and I still haven't been refunded. A number of times previously, I had ordered and paid for items online only to be phoned and told they were not available and asked to accept a substitute item. Not good enough. I won't be back and neither will my family or friends.

Would give less than one star if this review would let me. Shocking service by a rude lady who needs to learn how to smile. Won’t be back again. Terrible.

Terrible service! The owner is a joke! Promised me a refund and lied straight to my face. She tried to sell the business but it fell through cause so many people were calling up complaining. Never recommend this place. WHAT A JOKE. Swore at me and abused me and threatened me. Spread the word. #crustpizzarosannasucks

Terrible business that can’t deal with any issue that arises with the process of ordering, making and delivery pizza. Skip this place and order from a next closet pizza restaurant.

Ordered two pizzas to be collected from the Rosanna outlet, both cooked too long (bordering on burnt) very disappointing. Won’t be using again!

Been there lot of times and never disappoints me, good people good costumer service love their pizza. Highly recommend

Go to this place fairly often. They make good pizza, there's one female staff member who gives amazing service. My only real complaint would be that they never ever make the order until it's due. Even if you give them a pick up time, you still always sit there waiting for them to make your order.

Good pizza and pasta and nice staff, however for the price you can definitely get similar quality food and much more of it elsewhere.

Over an hour and a half for cold pizza and if you ring up the lady on the phone is rude $69.00 for 3 medium pizzas cold cardboard would have tasted better NEVER AGAIN!

Extremely late, wrong order and c*ap - STAY AWAY!
Ordered online, said it would take 40 mins, took 1 hour and 25 mins - 45 minutes late! Called twice to check on whereabouts, first time told it was on its way and had been dispatched, second time 15 minutes later was told driver was 3 minutes away and was in traffic at 9: 10pm at night (we live 5 minutes away), driver appeared 20 minutes later! When I called instantly after receiving order to alert them one of the two large pizzas ordered was wrong, they said they would speak to the manager and hung up on me. Called back again and asked if I wanted another pizza made or credit, I would just have preferred to have never ordered with them. Was told manager would credit me and hung up. Zero phone etiquette. Zero customer service. Zero idea. I’d rather have given money to a charity and gone hungry.

Very bad experience with my last delivery. Ordered pizza and it took more than 1 hr 30 minutes to arrive. Had to call the shop around 3 times to track where the order was. Crust Rosanna.
