I am a regular customer with Carnegie Crust. We mostly order veg supreme with gluten free base - this is one of the best pizzas I have had esp in the gluten free version. I would highly recommend this place… great food Here

What an excellent experience this was, and it couldn't have been better. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and greeted with a smile.
The pizza was delicious and one of the best I have tasted. I had the Pesto Chicken Club and added garlic prawns. The ingredients were so fresh - it would ve hard to get fresher - and it was cooked to perfection. I'II definitely be back!

We ordered vegan food and they serve non-veg without indication or stickers. The worst thing is pure vegan person ate non-veg by mistake which is against the religious and they got allergy. We are disagree with the systems.

We always had a tasty veg supreme pizza from the shop but this time the veggies were not cooked properly. Not happy with this kind of service as the last thing we will expect is the uncooked toppings.

Pizza is hot and tasty. Pretty commercial, but a people pleaser. The cheesy garlic bread was great.

Had an amazing seafood pizza with delicious bites on side, the staff was very friendly and very welcoming, overall a good and joyfull experience, will return soon.

Non-existent hospitality.
Ordered for pick up, waited at counter for 5mins for an acknowledgement (whilst server was making pizza) and then followed by 5minutes on computer, all while pizza was already ready.
Pizza was fine.

Very disappointing, forgot part of the order and the Door Dash person said they would return to complete the order. When no one turned up, I rang the store and they told me that they were going to close soon so too bad. Very poor customer service.

Ordered online for pickup, it automatically adds the deal to an extra large which you have to change back to the large to get the deal without getting charged extra. When we got the pizzas they were 2x “large” (basically a small) and 1x extra large (normal large) and they forgot the salted caramel sauce, asked for it and she couldn’t understand and was trying to tell me it was there when it wasn’t. When she did get it finally she gave me the tiniest bit in a small container that was not even worth the wait! Let’s just say that will be the first and last time I will be going to Crust Carnegie!

Took over 90 min for the food to arrive.

I have since ordered food from here and the food was great - rating updated respectively.

A cold bottle of coke doesn't make up for 2 cold pizzas delivered 45m later than the first reasonable enquiry.

The pizzas are really delicious, and the new management there have treated us in really good way make mouthwatering food.

Don't order from this place. Tried to order for delivery via the website, was unavailable and was advised to call the store directly. Spoke to the person on the phone who took 15 minutes to take my order. I requested that we wanted the 3x large pizzas with 2x sides bundle that was available on the website and on top of that we wanted extra: 1x large pizza. I asked for delivery by 6.30pm and he asked me to pay over the phone, he then informed me he couldn't take payment over the phone but assured me that when my order was delivered they would be able to process my card payment in person. By 7pm there was no sign of our order. We rang the shop at 7.10pm to chase up the whereabouts of our order, he tried to say they were about 15mins away, but clearly hadn't done our order. They showed up at 7: 45pm. This pizza store is 10 minutes from our home. The driver then informed me I needed to call the shop to pay after they told me earlier they can't process payment over the phone? He struggled to then work out how to process payment over the phone. They also failed to deliver our entire order. I rang the shop asking where the rest was. The man then insisted I never ordered the missing items. Even though I'd been charged for the amount of the order. Eventually I was passed onto someone else who informed me that he was sorry the person I spoke to doesn't know how to use the eftpos machines. They then said they would deliver the missing part of the order. At 9.10pm the driver called and said he drove to caulfield south. Not sure how they managed to know my address for the first delivery but for the second one they now don't know where to go? He showed up at 9.30pm with the rest of the order being cold. Our first time ordering from Crust pizza and it will be our last.

Crust used to be consistently good. Now it's very "hit and miss" especially Carnegie. Our order on Sunday night was missing items, apparently they made our driver wait over 6 minutes while the order sat there going cold, and they couldn't even be bothered to cut the pizzas properly (one was barely half cut and we used our own pizza cutter to do it properly). Very frustrating because we had guests over and depending on sending us the complete order. What's going on there lately?
