Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

I have ordered pizza's from Crust multiple times and they were always very good. But this time around I had a very bad experience. I ordered a pizza through Uber eats and the pizza dough was undercooked. When I pulled out the first slice it broke half-way and everything was just falling apart. The crust tasted gummy and soggy even though the outer layer looked cooked but when I checked underneath the toppings I could evidently see raw dough. I had to put it back into the oven to fully cook but in that process the toppings got ruined.

We ordered peri peri pizaa. And guess what no peri peri sauce on it.that is ridiculous.so unhappy with the services.can you giys atleast check your order before delivering.absolutely disappointed.dnt order from this place.and if call them to say you forgot to put sauce they say they are busy.if you are busy then why do you ask us for money.its not a free pizza you charge us.hate this place

I'm so glad I found this pizza shop! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. I appreciate the attention to detail and the commitment to quality ingredients. Highly recommend.

We got the Vietnamese chilli chicken pizza and found that the dough was raw in the middle and burnt at the ends. It clearly showed that the pizza was made in hurry with less toppings, uncooked base, miserable amount of cheese and less salt for taste. What a waste of money and time to get it picked from the store. So disappointing.

Asked while ordering over the counter if the meat is halal. They said chicken is halal. Then placed an order for half half pizza for chicken peri peri & pesto chicken, not knowing the fact that they have pig prosciutto in their chicken pesto pizza. May be it's my fault not reading through all the ingredients of the pesto pizza, but least customer awareness and service is expected in this era from someone working in the
Service counter to know that a customer checking to see if the meat is halal or not would not be eating prosciutto.

The Peri Peri chicken and Paneer masala was very nice. Phone staff was amazing. She offered me the deals as well. Very polite. Delivery was around 45 minutes but it did arrived hot. Great experience

Honestly the best place’s I’ve ever had.their pizza’s are beautiful. Also Costumer service was impeccable. Sam and The Boss man made me feel like apart of their family

A great collection of menu. Been there a couple of times and haven't been disappointed yet. Definitely one of the best pizza I've had. Beef Peri Peri is my personal fav.

Edit: This is now my everyday go to pizza place in Werribee. Peri per beef and the margherita is the best ive had here

The pizzas here are well balanced and have great quality ingredients. The service was also very friendly.

Was highly disappointed. Food wasn’t fresh. Carbonara pasta had been frozen & microwaved. The chicken in the caeser salad was disgusting, it was sliced very thin & had been frozen & microwaved, was so dry you couldn’t eat it. Pizza bases weren’t fresh either, you could tell they had been frozen. Definitely will never waste my money or recommend this place. Disgraceful

Garlic bread and desserts are a rip off, they used to be good. Crust pizza is just like dominos now, so why pay x3 the price for dominos quality? Makes no sense to me.
Bring back ciabatta garlic bread and dessert pizzas, it was the only thing seperating Crust from pizzahut and dominos.
