Crumpler Luggage - Melbourne CBD

I came in during midday where the staff were busy with an overstock of orders. That didn’t stop the extremely informative, well attentive, and genuine staff to give patient, warm, and kind service to me. Worth coming all the way into the CBD to buy from here!

Lovely Shop and beautiful set up and very friendly staff. I absolutely this brand and their products. Great quality. Wish they did have sales on every on and then.

Poor quality bags.

Crumpler warranty is token/ non-existent. Each time I have tried to get one of my bags repaired I have been told that the bag has reached it's end of life (after less than 2 years).

I was told that the fault pictured was caused due to carrying a water bottle in the side pocket.not sure what else I am supposed to carry there?

Disappointed to have gone through 2 crumpler bags now with each bag lasting less than 18 months before developing faults such as Zips failing and joints tearing apart after light use commuting to work on the train.

Stumbled across this store and was attracted by the bright colours in and surrounding it. The bags inside looked super high quality but what I ended up picking out was a super high quality t-shirt for around 60 bucks, which may sound dear but for the quality it was well worth it. The woman attending the store was ready and willing to give some fashion advice at my asking, since I'm a bit senseless.
It's not something you'd go out of your way to visit, but the quality and service is all around tops!

The shop assistant was online clothes shopping in between conversations with me. I thought that was pretty bad.

Recently I returned from Barcelona, a city of such beauty, where the people seem so chilled compared to here or USA. They warned me about pick pockets and leaving bags around. My Crumpler messenger bag looks newish, despite being 10 years old. My bag and I are inseparable at home or abroad as my friends will attest. In a Barcelona cafe I felt a tug where I had placed the shoulder strap around my leg. The woman in the adjacent table clapped loudly and the thief disappeared. Survival 1. Then later in my trip I mistakenly left the bag in a romantic setting at a Dubrovnik Hotel. The next morning I recovered it from the barman thankfully. Survival 2. The point to this story is my Crumpler bag is with me nearly all my waking life (I also have a Longchamp smaller bag for special occasions). My ex-colleague suggested the brand and explained to me Crumpler was designed and made in Melbourne. Prior to that my boss from London travelled here with a Crumpler backpack acquired in UK. Spain may have Zara, UK has Harrods but we, folks, have Crumpler. A story of survival and success.

I wanted to buy a handlebar bag and saddle bag, but couldn't find a color that matched my bike. I wish there were more colors

I went into the store at 3.30pm on a Thursday. The staff member there was assisting another lady and did pop over briefly to assist me. As she was busy I was happy to wait. Another sales member then returned and seemed too busy to assist me. It’s a tiny store so I wasn’t easily missed. Once the other woman left I assumed I’d be helped, however both members of staff chatted amongst themselves despite seeing I wasn’t sure what I was doing with operating one of the bags. In the end I asked for help and was given a very quick demonstration at which point the two staff members went back to chatting about what a lovely family the previous family was they had served. I waited a bit longer but in the end gave up. I felt totally invisible and unimportant to them. What a shame as this was my first time in a Crumpler store I had traveled to see. I needed a larger bag for my nursing degree and work requirements. Very disappointed.

Both of luggage I bought are faulty, and the store didn’t accept to even help me to raise my complain, although they said there is lifetime guarantee!

Went in yesterday to check out the Billy bag. First the shop was closed. When it finally opened after 2: 30 the girl working upstairs was assisting a buyer. I waited. While I was waiting she decided to serve some bloke who just rocked up wanting a bloody camera bag. Waited. Waited some more for some kind of acknowledgment. Nothing. Walked off and bought a similar bag elsewhere up the road.

I ordered a bag on a Monday to be delivered hoping I'll have it by the weekend. Emailed on Wednesday wanting to change to click and collect as it hasnt been shipped. Get an email Friday saying they missed my email but Cam from customer service saved the day by arranging one at the cbd store for me to pickup that day! Great job Cam! Staff at store were great too!

Great service at the Little Bourke Crumpler store, specifically to the woman named Dom who served me. I love my new green bag that she helped me pick. Quality of the bag is also wonderful.

Really helpful person working (offered help but also left me alone to browse so I didn't feel uncomfortable). Even priced matched for me so I didn't have to order online/wait for postage. Bag is super practical and comfortable and seems like it will last ages!

I have been using a variety of Crumpler bags for many years, both for recreation and business. I rate the quality highly, although I've had several of their bags wear out. They really don't last forever!
Recently, customer service has become almost non-existent. I sent an expensive Crumpler briefcase in almost 2 months ago (early July) for a pre-approved repair. Receipt was confirmed, but multiple emails and phone calls since have been unanswered. I've just about written the case off as "lost in the system" and am looking for a replacement. It won't be a Crumpler!
I'm willing to pay extra for great quality and service, but when I can't trust a brand it goes off my list. It's a pity, since I want to support this local business, but loyalty has to be earned, and maintaining it requires respecting the relationship - not advertising spin.

Bought a bag from here. Mino is the man. Great customer service and lovely bloke. Would recommend this store to anyone who asked.

Amazing staff. I bought a backpack 3 days ago and I went to upgrade for another item, but I forgot the ticket invoice at home. Luckily the staff remembered me, they were really helpful taking the time to help me, even when the store was full, and they switched the items easily. I’d strongly recommend to go this store. Thanks guys for your amazing service

Purchased a bag and couldn't be anymore happy with the product and service, the guys at the store were very helpful and friendly. The bags a bit pricey but worth it for the quality.

Been a real ballache trying to get my 1 year old suitcase fixed.
They haven't been helpful at all.

Just purchased a nice "Credential bag" this morning. Sale ended on Monday. The manager (I won't name for security reasons) was so helpful and offered to hold the bag so I could collect 4 days later at the sale price!
Win win.
