Croydon Toyota

Visiting Croydon Toyota is always a pleasant experience for me. The premises are spotless, staff are friendly, polite and professional and after its service my car always comes back looking like a new one and running like a charm. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our Toyota is running very smoothly. They contacted us about the need for change over wipers to allow us to decide if we needed them, and advice about the floor mat. They provided some extras without cost which we appreciate.

Everything seems to have been done well, but a lot of marks were put on the inside of the windscreen that I needed to clean to be able to see.

Overall a good first experience taking my car in for it's "health check".
An easy improvement the service team can make is to have a team member bring the car to the front of the service office, rather than have customers search the yard for their vehicle.

Friendly, helpful, and on time even when there are extra things needing attention. My car runs so smoothly after a service. I can always trust them to do a good job.

Happy to report that after dealing with YVT Croydon, a DPF and injection issue on my 200 series has been rectified under warranty and no fuss! Very friendly and professionally handled by Greg and staff! Very happy to recommend and see you for my next service! Thanks again

In a world where progress is king at the expense of honesty, it is refreshing to find a rare gem.

These days to say "old fashioned" service is often less than flattering but these old values are hard to find. I have to give a big should out to Jane and Mitch at Croydon Toyota.

Old Fashioned Service was delivered in spades where people stool by their word and delivered what they promised.

No pushy add-ons, no gimmicks, no tricks. Just straight up honest people giving A Grade service. This is my second car with the Croydon Toyota family and it will not be my last.

Service staff attitudes are very bad, not really wanna help. It’s the reason why Toyota makes good cars but brand with Lexus in prestige market.

The service is Excellent. Service manager Gregg Campbell is considerate, listens well to the issues & is Extremely professional. All of the office & service staff there are Fantastic.
I was offered a loaner car, as I needed to get back to work & had no other way to get home.
I come back here year after year because this is The Best place to come to get my car serviced. I Highly recommend this place.
