Visited over the New Year and definitely some differences between attitudes over different days.

Huge range of pokies, paid phone charging safe to charge phone while at casino, paid safe for bag while at casino, drinks brought to you while at roulette tables, no ATMs in casinos though, you have to walk out and covid check in again to come back in. Easily get lost if you don't know your way around and not many signs or no maps to help you work out your way around. Very professional staff, and clean fun venue! Good luck!

Amazing, relaxing and luxurious stay and very helpful and kind service. Something nice to spoil yourself with every once in a while

Nothings changed poor service rude security and even ruder supervisors. Just because you wear a badge it doesn’t make you any better than your customers.

My favourite restaurant Empolio pizza and pasta is open again now! Hope they will put the special meal and drink on the menu very soon!

Had a wonderful relaxing time at the entrance coffee and small restaurant.service was impeccable and the surroundings beautiful.
A great place to walk through all of the areas.great water features many different things to see.
Not to mention all of the great restaurants all along South Bank and enjoyable walk along the Yarra.
A must see when coming to Melbourne.a great area to meet friends.so you have so many things to choose from.

Place was clean nice, staff were not great at accomodating customers, very slow and too busy chatting to each other rather than looking up at the bar to see if anybody was waiting.

They have a few different TV screens in the Sports bar but the main screen was not very clear and a bit dark in contrast compared to other screens in there.

A couple of screens are like 4 separate ones put together so there is the effect of lines whilst your trying to watch football not great viewing!

Came out for the night in the city with a friend to help boost the economy, and security would not let us into the gaming area. I really don't understand why. Very disappointing. Don't bother.

When the chops are high and the hour is nigh, one of the best places to go for a roll and spin it out.poker room is by far the best I have been in the world.

Is just a great entertainment complex with more than just something for all ages and type of people. It is a must if you have travelled to visit Melbourne and the promenade fire displays every hour have never changed and still as exciting as the first time I felt the overwhelming heat as they light up the day and night sky

Lots of food and entertainment places to enjoy from foodcourt, restaurants, bowling, arcade games, mini golf, escape rooms, cinemas and night clubs. Great place to spend the whole day.

I used to love crown, but the current covid restrictions they have put in place make it an extremely uncomfortable place to be in and the staff are so rude about it. Never have we felt as if they didn't want us there.

Amid Covid, some staff performed exceptionally, whilst others thought they had to show their newly issued powers. Indiscriminate acts of almost bullying patrons!

Always love Crown Tower.great service. Stayed there as consolation for our holiday got cancelled due to lockdown. Sad what pandemic has done to the precinct. It was so quite. I am sure more shops and food outlets open now compare to last week.

This is the place where we eat, play, & enjoy the evening its a free parking as long as you have the crown card.

Really nice place with great restaurants and nice views too. Even if you're not into gambling there is still so much to do here.

Covid safe practices

Massive! Only went to the pubs on the ground floor (and.very important if you are the whole day walking around the city.toilets ;-) ) Someone told me that Criwn complex was worth 1 B AUD.of ciurse it does.
Not enough cash in my pocket to go shopping down there.

This is a casino mall. Clean and nice. You can spend your money here shopping all gambling or dining. Your choice. Cheap parking as well.

Crown is a great venue boasting all the fantastic food, gaming and clothing that you could want under one roof. The gaming attendants are always so accommodating and the security at the front always vigilant and not pushing their authority.
