We worked at this amazing venue recently and can not speak highly enough about the staff, service, food and place itself! Being a supplier for the night, they welcomed us so warmly and ensured we had everything we needed to get our job done. If you are searching for an awesome venue to hold your next function/wedding.look no further!

We attended a wedding last night and absolutely gorgeous venue and divine food. Beautiful set up for a special occasion

Great venue especially for an evening function. Food was good and service fantastic. The band was average and the sound a little loud, but with plenty of outside area (luckily the weather was fantastic) not a big issue for those who wanted to talk. Outside was amazing when the flames along southbank went off!

Lovely venue. The combination of being outside then going into what looks like a big marquee is really nice.

Nice enough view, staff were okay. But how does a place like this not have a first aid kit available?

Have attended this venue two times for a work Christmas party.

The venue itself is beautiful, with a spacious open outdoor area. The covered area inside can get very very hot, and very bright (during a sunny day), so I would highly suggest light clothing and sunglasses. The food was delicious as was the desert options.

The staff were inexperienced with drinks being taken to the wrong tables, spilling coffees and teas, forgetting, but they were friendly. Thank you for the experience

Was a good spot for our end of year work celebration. Decent views, although somewhat obscured. Easy to get to, however the enterancevis through a swimming pool. I liked the option to sit indoor or outdoor if the music was too loud. That being said, I don't like the Crown.

The venue is really nice. A great place for a outdoor feels, wedding and yet protected from all the elements of mother nature. The place is airy, bright and spacious. Not sure about the food as I did not try it, so can't give any opinions.

Great experience in May in a permanent marquee, it would be very hot and steamy on a summer's day. Food was good and so was the service at a large function >1000

We paid $250 per head for their Xmas 2020 lunch, plus more for drinks. This is what that got us. Overcooked lobster, bad smelling prawns, dry turkey, bland ham, well-done steak (no option for rare because they pre oven the steaks), a long black hair in the cauliflower, slow waiter service, desserts that all look different but mostly taste the same with some exceptions and worst of all, a horribly burnt, undrinkable coffee - in Melbourne! Safe to say it's the biggest waste of money for food in living memory and we eat out a lot. The crowd was mostly cashed up bogans so you'd expect glowing reviews because of the tacky decor and "unlimited drinks". If crown want to survive 2021 they better work on their offering because the Bali crowd only has so much disposable income before the Harvey Norman 60 month interest free periods end and all those Afterpays are due.

Came here for a Christmas Day lunch and they had changed it from a seated set lunch to a buffet lunch as it was more "COVID-safe" which really made no sense as it encouraged more movements amongst patrons and staff. Meats were dry as they sat on the hot plate and the other dishes such as the veggies were okay. Not amazing and definitely not up to scratch for the price you pay. Lots of dessert options, many of which were too sweet for my taste and I didn't really want an over abundance of desserts for the high price. Quite a disappointing lunch overall and would've expected much better from Crown.

I have had the pleasure of providing our Photobooth services at Crown Aviary on multiple occassions and am continually impressed by the service, food and venue itself. I would highly recommend this venue!

Industrial style plastic walled venue for events, weddings etc. Watch the wind outside - there is no real shelter. The air con is blowy and you can easily end up in a draught. Access is via the chlorine pool zone which starts the evening off with that strange aroma. The tent is not stylish, it is practical and quite spacious, and conceivably could be dressed up but the task would be a big one. Getting to it is via the tired and declasse Casino, with horrendous and difficult to access parking.

Beautiful venue and all the staff were professional.
The event organisers maximised use of the space and the only downside was that we did have to leave eventually.

Crown Aviary is basically a large tent on the roof of the building. Access is via the Crown Towers hotel lobby lifts. It's a bit of a rabbits Warren to get there walking past Heston Blumenthals and Koko and then a side door inside the Crown Spa are, smelling strongly of chlorine. There are several large flights of stairs up to the roof level which was a real chore for all the ladies in heels, especially at the end of the night when feet were sore and everyone had had a bit to drink. The venue is attractive with views to the sky and the city and the big tent building has been glammed up a little with chandeliers. On 40°C day, the air-conditioning kept the venue very comfortable, even with over 200 guests and dancing. Staff were friendly and plentiful as always at Crown. I was told there were lifts to the Aviary for disabled access and people who didn't want to brave all the flights of stairs but couldn't find it.

We recently held our son and now daughter-in-law's ceremony at The Crown Aviary and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff and set up of Crown Aviary did an amazing job. Thank you very much for making the ceremony such a great success.
