Just a shout out to Jarrod for his excellent customer service. All I wanted was some touch up paint for my car, so wouldn't be a big sale. Yesterday he said he'd call me back at 9am this morning, and he did, on the dot. He said it's probably not possible, but if I wanted to go to the shop, he'll check for sure if he sees the car. It turns out that they can't do it because of the complexity of the colour. But the good service and his friendliness deserve recognition and I'll think of Crowies when I need paint.
