CrossFit VLT - Vault Performance

Great box in the city. Dropped in for 3 early morning classes in August. Standout coaches in Frank and Manuel and very welcoming community. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a box. Thanks for the hospitality Frank/Manuel. See you back soon.

Really good gym - CBD location, in a cool converted old bank vault. Only downside is the gym floor space isn't huge, neither is it very high (coming from a 6ft 4 bloke!) but otherwise has everything needed for a fantastic crossfit time. Great coaches as well as clientele!

Dropped in from the US. Manuel was knowledgable and engaging. Feels like a dungeon where Rocky got in shape. Focus on technique. Well worth it to stay in shale on the road.

Paid for 20 classes, dropped out after 4. Too busy and an accident waiting to happen. Lack of technique etc. Reason crossfit gets a bad name. Im also an experienced crossfitter.

Made a direct complaint and received an unsatisfactory reply. More interested in money

Great box. I would visit again if I were in Melbourne. A good Brazilian coach named Felipe and and Aussie guy named Marc who provided really solid coaching. They made sure that technique was briefed correctly and that athletes were mobilized to prevent injuries. Encouraging and constructive coaching. Useful tips that did not get in your face or attempt to stress you out. Both were good at reading people, and knowing what does or does not help them.

So happy to be a part of this family. Frank and the rest of the instructors are absolutely great. Scheduling and scaling of the WODs are well planned.

I work here so I am biased. The atmosphere is great and lots of fun people to workout out with.

Emailed them and then walked to the box to see if I could partake. Apparently classes are booked out weeks in advance. Or so I was informed by the coach who was training and couldn’t really be arsed talking to me. Big old thumbs down.

The best CrossFit box around by an absolute landslide. Programming is spot on and the coaches are top drawer.

I've been going here for more than 2 years now and I absolutely love it. There's a great sense of community, the coaches are all highly skilled (and able to communicate!) and the programming is great. When I started I was an infrequent exerciser (read: very unfit) and now I just can't stay away from the place. Highly recommend this box.
