Great facility, very large and spacious. But more importantly is the knowledge applied here. Ben has to be one of the best in Melbourne in my opinion and i am also a fitpro. His rehabilitation skills are next level. If you want the best forget the rest!

Loving every minute spent in this box, even when I'm dying. Great trainers, very patient and friendly, willing to go through the moves with you to make sure you're doing it properly and not getting injured.

Awesome place to train. Coaches are great, owners are constantly upgrading equipment, workouts are varied, there is a strong emphasis on setting goals and progressing. Great for doing the fitness.

I’ve joined CF Moreland 3 months ago and couldn’t be happier! Very welcoming non-intimidating gym suitable for many different levels of fitness. Good even spilt of male/female. Friendly coaches. Recommend by a fat fifty-year old who feels very welcome there but there are also very very fit people in the crew.

I can only recommend Crossfit Moreland. Saw Coach Ben after 2 Shoulder reconstuctions. He helped me to recover from it to a point that I move better now then I have before. CrossFit Moreland has great coaches, a friendly atmosphere, awesome workouts and is suitable for everyone, no matter how fit or unfit you are. Big thumbs up in every possible way. By far the best Crossfit box, trainers and community I have trained at. Each of the trainers are highly qualified and take great care to watch out for each person in the class - focusing on technique as the path towards pushing your personal limits. There are no gung-ho attitudes here, a great community that is competitive but only in pushing you to your personal best.

I've been doing Crossfit at Crossfit Moreland for almost 3 years now on and off (had a baby in between) and couldn't recommend them more! They offered me great support keeping fit during my pregnancy and after, I got back in shape in no time:) I love that place! The owner Ben and all coaches are amazing and know they're stuff, they take good care of all of us. I now feel stronger and more determined thanks to those guys:)

This CrossFit Box is amazing. Not only are the trainers great, the vibe is wonderful. It is spacious with clean men and women's bathroom and lots of equipment. Love it!
