Crocs Playcentre Ringwood

My kids have had their birthday parties here and all the guest enjoyed. For the baking party, kids were able to go home with aprons. We also like going here for kids to play, we like to go in mornings before the place gets busy. I don't expect much from a playcenter cafe, but food here is great.

Fantastic play-centre. We took our two kids who are under 4 there recently and were impressed with the variety of options for the kids (inflatables, bikes, slides, tunnels and foam ball launchers etc.). There are three seperate play areas for kids of different age groups. All of the equipment appears to be maintained and clean compared to some other play centres in the area that have dusty equipment that is falling apart. The cafe is also a muffin break which has a lot more food options that just hot fried food.

It is the worst centre I have ever been, they have heaps managing issues and lack of training for their staff, I purchase 10 times entry pass, on the day of purchase I asked the staff if there was another way instead of carrying the physical card, a yes answer was given but after all for the 1st couple times no issue, I can just get in, today I came with my daughter again, I had been told by the so called manager Sean or Shane I was carrying a member ship card rather than entry card, All of his point was that you should go back to get the physical card, otherwise get in with payment, no sympathy at all! Which it is an easy decision for me, get the refund and I won’t come back though it is the nearest Playcentre to my house! I will pass on this experience to my friends and anybody I know to escape this center!

The center is a good place in general for children entertainment but the cafe is nothing worthy. The service is awful, staff so unfocused and you can never get what you want. No order at the cafe next time

The kids absolutely love going to crocs! The only thing to comment on is the cleanliness, tables need wiping and toilets need freshening. Even the efptos machine has a layer of crud on it. Other than those things, and the staff looking like they hate their job, the kids love going!

Had our 4yo boys birthday. Everything went well, no issues. Been coming here on and off for a while with the kids and have had good experiences.

Crocs Ringwood is such a fun play centre to visit or have your kids party at. I have been going for a few years now with my two boys ages 6 & 3 & it is our fave. Such a great variety of adventures for all kids ages. The stair climbing up to the slides definitely wears them out! Staff are so lovely & friendly, Fabi couldn’t help us enough today. There’s also a Muffin Break to treat yourself whilst you’re there!

This centre is the best Crocs centre I’ve been to. Toys are interesting for babies, facilities are super fun and interesting. Baby change room is spacious and clean. Food delicious. Service is quite nice. Definitely No. 1 Croc centre in my mind.

By far, the best play centre in the east if not all of Melbourne! The amenities are clean, the playground is absolutely amazing and the staff are the loveliest humans you could ever meet. The owner/manager is honestly such a delight! We are customers for life. ️

We had our 3rd bday party at Croc’s Ringwood and the whole process was a great experience - from booking to the day. Our party host, Christina, was so helpful, informative and always available for us. The centre is a huge open space so you can always find your little one easily. The only fault for the day was that the coffees we ordered for our guests only had our room name on the lids, not their actual names, so it got a bit confusing when they arrived and we had to figure out who was who. Very small fault though, otherwise thank you so much Crocs for a great bday party for our kid!

I hold my son’s birthday party in the bake room in the ringwood center, but I felt disappointed about their service. When we arrived, there was no one to help me to welcome the guests and the staff they assigned to help were indifferent, it felt like I had owed her money and don’t pay it back. I had to keep asking what was the next step for the party. Most of my friends who attended the party complaint that their service was messy and unorganized. I used to attend the knoxfield center for my son’s friend birthday, their staff were more friendly and organized, so won’t recommend ringwood center to my friends or come back for party again.

My wife brought our daughter here today who has allergies to both eggs and dairy.

The website clearly states not to bring in outside food and that they cater to all dietary requirements, however upon requesting food for our daughter my wife was greeted by a rude staff member that simply said, “oh I’m not sure if we have anything vegan. ” My wife advised of what was stated on the website and how we weren’t allowed to bring in outside food before the staff member begrudgingly asked someone out back who said the same thing. My wife then asked what she was to do as our daughter needs to eat to which she then went back out back where she heard the man quite loudly and rudely saying “just give her that food box, she can work it out herself”. The girl then passed the box over and stated “here you go, all of your drama was for nothing. ”

My wife was at a loss for words, absolutely disgraceful customer service. Don’t go if you have dietary requirements if you expect to eat or if you want half decent customer service!

We are attending this centre for a birthday party today on 18 December, We have noticed that one of the gate is broken and children can easily go out, we raised the issue with the staff but they didn’t care and haven’t done anything about it. Very disappointing. I understand they are busy but Children safety should be their first priority.

This review comes later than i would of like to have posted it however 2 weeks on it still needs to be said.

We attended Crocs Ringwood for their special Halloween night.

This was our first time to the play center and immediately we were greeted by warm and friendly staff.

The play area we noticed was very clean and inviting to children of all ages and with many really cool elements that our Son loved.

The cafe was well laid out and again friendly staff and even given the pressures of a seemingly endless queue the staff always maintained their composure and did their best to make sure everyone was served and received the food and beverages in a timely manner.

The event itself with the level of chaos that was happening was managed veery well with fun games prizes and even a disco party all the kids sure had a world of fun.

We really like this play center and the atmosphere it had it was also kept to a perfect temperature which most of these places tend to end up way too hot and kids overheated.

We will 100% be returning to this play center and its future events even as the parents we had a great time.

I've taken the little one to a number of play centres but Crocs in Ringwood has to be the cleanest and most enjoyable. The staff are vigilant and you can tell there is attention to detail but most importantly of all, great coffee. The best coffee I've had at a play centre.
It is the preferred play centre nowadays as the parks are starting to get too hot

A bit too busy when we visited - there were no available tables and the kids were getting pushed around in the playground. The centre was otherwise fine and we wish they'd limited numbers better.

Extremely slow service at the counter. When i finally got to the counter, one of the staff walked up and said we can no longer order food from the counter. Extremely understaffed. Not coming back here again.

My little ones and I had such a fun time at Crocs Ringwood. They've always been so accommodating, going the extra mile with great customer service. The party rooms look like heaps of fun, jumping castle is great, too. There are lots of different sections suited for all age groups (even the grown-up kids at heart!). Don't forget to grab a coffee and muffin for yourself and a snappy meal for the kids, too, while you're there! And Fabiola, she is the absolute bomb, so lovely, always smiling and welcoming at the front there!

Really great place for children to play - facilities are clean and there's lots of variety. Delicious food and coffee. Special mention to the amazing staff at Croc's Ringwood, they were so friendly and kind. Thank you for making our visits so much fun. Can't wait to come back again soon.
