Crocs Playcentre Pakenham

Always a good experience. Staff is very friendly and the place seems to be cleaner as compared to other local play centers

Props to the gentleman behind the counter today who assisted with a coffee spill and a first aid incident (unrelated to first mentioned mishap). He replaced the spilt coffee and provided a dressing after discovering I had inadequate supplies in my first-aid kit for my son who had split his chin. Plus gave my son a "feel better" treat. Incredibly grateful for the kind gesture. THANK YOU!

Fantastic place and even better staff.
Rachel and her team always do an amazing job when Pakenham United have an even here. I just wish they sold ear plugs, because those kids are so loud when they are having fun. I just wish we could give more that 5 stars.

Had our pakenham united FC presentation here for a great season of soccer.
I forgot to print my present off, and the amazing Rachel bailed me out, going above and beyond, connecting me to their printer. Day saved.
It was a great location and a great event.

We had our sons soccer presentation at crocs and with soo many kids and soo much happening staff handled the crowd amazing and our food was perfect and came out within 15min of ordering! My kids absolutely love crocs and love the mini trikes! Always a fun adventure and amazing coffee and muffins for adults

I’ve had my child’s birthday there is was fantastic

Basically the same as most play centres, price was about $14 for one kid on a standard day. I’m sure they have deals every now and then but that’s what I paid.

There has been a few staff on each time I’ve been in but there’s probably only 50% of the staff that seem to really care about service.

The food I’ve had has been pretty good, not really quick enjoyable. Deals were good.

I enjoyed the coffee too, made really well.

There was a mess child made on the equipment at one point that was next level gross, and when I noticed the staff it took over and hour for someone to tend to it.

Ordered drinks and food for 3 kids and 2 adults about 45 minutes ago
Still waiting on part of the order, timing has been indicated as ready in 5, over 10 minutes ago

It's not that busy, a single party room going as far as I can tell

Finally arrived about to take a photo of a cracked plate to goreard to health authorities, surely against code

We stopped coming here years ago but decided to bring my 3 kids today and see if things had improved. Their ages span all 3 play areas.
We arrived just as the doors opened for the day and the toddler area is dirty, baby area has broken toys and I don't know what's going on with their slides but they're just not letting the kids slide down them, the kids are just sticking to them. Could be the weather but we were at Lollipops yesterday and they had no problem there.
Half the things in the ball/air play area aren't working properly either.
My youngest has an allergy to sunlight, we're limited with places we can go and play safely and this experience really disappointing.

The girl with the dark hair with shaved sides has the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Her workers gave me the wrong wrap and when I send it back to let them know their mistake she came back and yelled at me to pay for it or swap it. I said I’m not paying for her workers mistake and I did the right thing and sent it back and she kept yelling and telling us to pay for something that isn’t our mistake and she tried to give the wrap i bit into to one of the people with our party.

Excellent place, my grandson loves it here, when he comes to visit he wants to go here, friendly parents and children very respectful of everyone, really appreciate places like this, could do with a clean down and pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilets.

Had a bday here for kids was little disappointed but kids had fun, food was cold n they didn't do much with the kids for the price you pay.

Separate Babies area and toddlers area, bikes to ride good slides and enough height for adults to manage going through with children.
They have good deals for entry at times and plenty of party rooms

Great service! Nothing was too much trouble. Had my daughters birthday here and they made it stress free.

Had kids b day party after hours. The staff including the manager was VERY ACCOMODATING. Helped us with nearly all our requests.the kids had a blast.

Playcentre was dirty (we came at 9am as they opened, no reason to be dirty).
All of the ball equipment was not working.
All slides need maintenance. Children getting stuck and not actually being able to slide.
Waited 40 minutes for a bowl of chips to find out they had forgotten to cook them.
Overall very disappointing considering we would normally choose this playcentre over others on the area.
Cost us a fortune for a less than average experience.

The play centre was great. The cafe left a little to be desired. While the coffee was delicious the lack of muffin options from Muffin break was an issue. Maybe it was because it was the end of the weekend but there was only 1 to choose from.

We pop in after swimming sometimes for the kids to have a play. While us adults enjoy a hot drink, muffin, toasted sandwich or if something else takes our fancy on the day!
The kids have a great time.

Absolutely Fabulous place for kids!
My little ones enjoyed a lot. My friends and me enjoyed great food. Service was exceptional. The fries, nuggets, spring rolls and samosas were so yummy! The manager was so friendly and customer oriented. We felt special and looked after even on a busy weekend. We live in Cranbourne, but we are happy to travel the extra mile to have a great time there.

Oh wow, my kid just enjoyed this play centre. Very friendly staff. With a great cafe in there made our day too. A next visit is for sure
