Nice place for children to play and celebrate their birthday!
All the stuff are professional.

Their dishes are really delicious

Not suitable for under 18months or a uncertain 2 year old. The baby play area is literally 3x3 area with 3 foam blocks and I still had to pay $11 to get in.

- not suitable for young babies and toddlers, more for older school aged kids.
- no outside food applies to BABIES and TODDLERS, which is not advertised on their website. Good luck if you do BLW or have dietary requirements. Manager is fussy about it as they have a muffin break on site and want you to purchase from them.

Great place for a kids birthday party. Themed rooms (princess' disco etc).

Manager asked us to not bring in outside food. My toddler has allergies and can't have the cafe food. We were asked to eat the food outside the playcentre if we needed to have it. Completely ridiculous. How are we supposed to enjoy our time there if we have to go out of the playcentre to have a snack then come back in. Not accommodating at all.

We had amazing time celebrating our kids birthday at this center. He enjoyed his day playing with his friends.the Focaccia platter were so delicious, and everything was well planned.

The playground equipment is fine. Some stuff might be broken or could be cleaner.overall, it’s ok for a play centre.
The cafe is not too good though. They asked us not to bring any food in. It’s a bit weird to me, cause the things my kids eat might not be available there or for any reason i prefer to take food from home.
By the way, the quality of the cafe food wasn’t too good.

Well maintained and clean. Young kids will enjoy this place and hours of fun and making new friends. Muffin break cafe has really yummy muffins baked everyday

Is only 18months so a beautiful, clean play centre! Staff friendly and the space was perfect for my two year old, highly recommend!

I joined my friend and her children one morning last week as they played. Forget Starbucks, the coffee I had was fantastic. I was served a lovely, frothy, hot n tasty caramel latte promptly and with a big smile. The staff at this Crocs were extremely helpful and friendly. The children had great fun and we loved how spotless and clean the play areas, cafe area and toilets were! Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon! Good job Crocs, thank you.

Thanks to the team at Crocs Knox for wonderful service and easy dealings. We celebrated 4th birthday event after hours and the whole event was very well handled by Vikram and his team, ready to help and delivered more than promised. Highly recommended.

Our granddaughter had her 4th birthday party there, it was well run and all the children seemed to really enjoy themselves. The party food came out on time and was well received.

We had the best time celebrating our son's 3rd birthday here. He had lots of fun playing with his friends. Our room host, Trianna, was fantastic! She was attentive and a big help. Thank you! The playground is lots of fun. Food is great! Highly recommend for play or party.

We had our daughter's birthday party here. It was a pleasant experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived 15 minutes early and the room was ready to be used. The play area is nice, great variety and most importantly it is clean. The kids really enjoy their time. Also, we were not rushed to empty the room.

Lastly, the foods here are so yummy and the size is very generous. Most importantly they do not throw away any of our leftover food and happy to move it to the parent's table, because many play centres will throw them away without even asking! This is important for us because we hate throwing away food and many of our friends are happy to bring them home as their kids will definitely ask for food as soon as they reach the car. Thank you for hosting our party and for the great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:)

We had a 4 year old party in the princess room with about 20 kids. We chose there because the play area is great and it’s very clean with plenty of space.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were amazing, the food was great and all coffees and extras came without delay. They also boxed up our extra cake without even asking!

A really good play centre. Big enough to entertain the kids without losing them!
Good for the smaller and bigger kids. The cafe is close so really good for coffees and snacks.

My son loves this cozy environment, not big but yet has a great space for everyone especially parents to sit down comfortably and keep an on our little one, unlikely thoes ones located in shopping centres I find it sometimes over crowded I can't find anywhere to sit down, I give cleanliness 5 stars for toilets, it's new, great space for kids party, loads of parking space outside, there's a muffins break inside for us all parents sit back and relax, there's a special deal - After school special (after 3pm.on school days only) ​ -​ Entry + Muffin + Milkshake For only $10! I personally love it! So does my son ️ we are actually booked for my son birthday party in a week time!

Great new play centre. Very clean. It is also very quiet… so they don’t have many staff, which can leave you waiting around to enter, and feeling an absence of service. Should improve as it picks up over time. Hopefully!
