Crocs Playcentre Epping

So we booked the party after inquiring two consecutive days on third day, paid deposit all went well! On fourth day Melody called me up saying we overbooked so we had to cancel your booking! It was alright till then I could Understand that owing to the reason the computer was down which cant be for 3 days and if that was so you should have never BOOKED! And no way two people could give me same time slot right! But anyways! The messed began with she offering me BAKING PARTY for 12+ BOYS age group! And when I said I am not looking for baking party she said she will give me $ off! And made it look like she was doing favour to me and said why not! I don't understand whats wrong and started laughing at me! Thats where I knew these people lack empathy and respect for other people. She did not care we sent out invites nor that boy will be heartbroken. We had to go through lot of unnecessary hassle so all the kids invited! She was just happy that she gave me option and did favour to me! Due to covid lot of businesses are struggling and people like this do not deserve our time and money I would rather give it someone more human than machine!

Kids like it. Just a shame some mothers prefer to drink coffee, stuff their faces and talk rather than watch their kids. Staff are lovely.

We had a great morning here. Nice parking, lots to play, great food and fair price. By the way some parents are wearing their shoes in the playing area

Huge place for parties, functions and the child play area is the main attraction. Would recommend it.

We really had great time at this place.
Melody helped me from booking to selecting the Menu over the phone and it was all sorted. We enjoyed the party thoroughly. Staff to ambience, everything is PERFECT.

Went there for the first time today! Such a great and clean play centre, amazing service and such great management for hiring staff that came from other playcenter! Honestly amazing food and amazing employees. It was great seeing the staff from other playcenter! My and my kids new favourite playcenter since lollipops shut down! Will definitely be back for plays and parties! Thanks Croc’s

Most play centres feel sticky and gross this wasnt bad at all. We attended a kids party in the disco room. Kids were pretty well entertained and while the food was just average party fare there was heaps and kids were content.

The best play centre for your children in the northern suburbs. Very friendly staff, and the venue is always clean and it's a massive space, so your kids have a lot to explore and run around in. The coffee is excellent and there's a good choice of munchies for the adults too.
Highly recommended.

Great place for toddlers to play safely. There is no fee for adults which is great! Food and drinks is available to buy at reasonable prices. My grandson loves going to Crocs.

It is a great place to have your function in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The playcentre is huge and the kids had so much fun. Definitely recommend.

A great play centre. They just updated their jumping castle and it is the most amazing one I've ever seen! Clean with friendly staff.

The lack of car parking spaces inside the venue car park makes people have no choice than to park outside on the street (Newton Drive)
Then when it’s time for people to leave, all the people that parked on the side street had their windows smashed and cars ransacked.
The venue; The toddler section wasn’t the best for my daughter. Overall the venue could do with more regular cleaning. I wasn’t too impressed with my experience at Crocs Epping.

Crocs in epping is a great playcentre! Staff are very friendly and helpful! We have been some many times the manager remembers us now!

Love the little cars on the side. Unique to crocs. My kids love it and the big crocodile jumping castle

The staff were really friendly. The centre and the bathrooms were immaculate. A great playcentre for the kids.

Loved the place much cleaner than others I have been to. Nice and spacious, Excellent for toddlers/young kids. Only complaint is one of the big slides is very steep some toddlers hurt themselves coming down might be better if f it was separated from the other parts. But otherwise an excellent place.

Great facility for general play or birthdays. Had my bubs birthday here, was a bit disappointed with owners communication with us but everything went well on his actual day so we were happy. Kids had a great time.

Great play area for kids from crawlers to school aged, the staff are very friendly with children and parents

Love it, just need to add a variety of gluten free food, but love the range of healthy food available and that muffin break is associated with crocs. Super love it

The equipment appears very safe, I was comfortable to allow my 21 month old to play and climb equipment without me next to her. Keeps children entertained for hours at a good price, and is great for socialising and interaction for children who do not attend childcare etc. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff memebers, all of which were very friendly and polite. Will definitely be visiting often.
