Crocs Playcentre Derrimut reviews
69Good place, but, if your going to enforce a rule where I can't bring my own food or even just cut fruit. Have some healthy options available in your cafe section rather than sugar muffins, and fried foods.
Kids loved being there it was clean would’ve loved to see the carts in action 10 stars for u
Don’t understand how the older blonde lady is a manager. She openly yells at customers about several rules at the centre such as no riding bikes at the front. Could very easily say please don’t ride bikes here, but would yell at adults children teenager. If there was a sign we’d understand. There’s even another blonde older lady that is openly rude to all customers as well. I don’t know if they actually own the centre but just because one of them is the manager doesn’t mean she has the right to be so condescending to people especially if they are just young children
Great place for kids parties, great equipment but very busy on weekends and school holidays. Car park isn't the best due to location and other businesses sharing the carpark.
Great place for kids. Staff were friendly and helpful except for one lady who was grumpy and didn't make us feel welcome.
Rude and disrespectful staff, went there bit earlier for the friend’s daughter’s b’day. Been told that there is no booking in this name, not even for the next session. Whereas, they had the parent name and child’s name written other way around. Instead of accepting their mistake, they started arguing and saying “we’ll it’s not until 2: 15”. Not impressed by the customer service at all.
My family of 4 kids came here for my daughters friends birthday party at 12pm on Easter Saturday. The play centre was very spacious and big. The kids had so much fun. A lot of play areas for all ages. They even had go kart rides but you have to pay $2 which was okay. However, I went to the parents room to change my baby’s nappy and the door was wide open.the moment I walked in I was hit with an overwhelming disgusting smell of poo nappies. Which explains why the door was left open because the smell was so bad and so strong. The staff should regularly change the bins in the parents room often, as the smell was so bad I walked right out and decided it was time to leave and that I’d have to change my baby’s nappy when we got home. Do better please
WARNING: If you can get past the older blonde lady at the service desk, do it or else she’ll ruin your experience here. Avoid her at all costs. Lack of customer service was appalling.
Equipment was varied and fun for the kids so I’m choosing to overlook her attitude. I wouldn’t book a party here. I’d rather take my kids elsewhere.
No outside food allowed (normal T&Cs) and cafe food is stock standard chips/nugget varieties.
Just like all the other crocs we have been to. Top notch staff that truly take care of our little ones.
Kids love the place and thoroughly enjoy it.
I went there with my family for my friend’s daughter birthday party. Good place for kids. Awesome playing setup for kids. Staff is also nice.
Just need to work on the customer entrance area. I felt like it’s tight when I enter. And you have to wait little bit longer sometimes just to get the entrance specially when are invited for a party booked already by someone else.
Otherwise this place is fantastic
I will go back for sure or maybe host a party someday when time comes
Massive play area, good for kids. However, bad customer service for party hire, manager was rude and unfriendly.
The older staff were very rude which ruined the experience at the end. The young ones were lovely.
This is mine and my daughters favourite Crocs centre and now we take her little sister and we still love it.
So dirty! We came early and this place needed to be vacuumed so badly.
Older lady (blonde) was soooo unfriendly and rude at the entrance. Seemed like she couldn't be bothered to be there. One of the worse play centres around
Amazing placlycentre for kids to enjoy and have fun. We had to cancel our party due to Covid in family and the management was very understanding, and allowed us to use the deposit as per our wish. Had a great experience dealing with the staff and would definitely recommend for organising birthday parties for kids and will be coming back again.
Terrible experience. The elderly manager, she said she is the manager, was extremely rude. I have no idea why she is there at all. I’m going to complain to their HQ. She needs to be removed and put in a non customer facing job.
Just wanted to give a shout out to 15yr old Zane our party host! Such a beautiful, respectful young man who did an awesome job catering for our birthday! He made sure we were looked after right until the end! Thanks Zane
Lots of fun! Kids had a blast! Great indoor play centre for kids between 3-6 a little quite area for babies 6months although not big still good for children
Good playground. However, waaay too packed! To the point where it was dangerous for children! Definitely needs to be someone monitoring the cars!
The blonde lady who is the manager over here is so rude and racist, as i came here with my client And he is autistic kids with many other disability and he is very senstive towards the food, so i have to carry the food with myself everytime to feed him and the lady over here said me you can't take the food inside and the bags are too much for a kid, oh come on he is autistics, i have to carry nappies, lunch and snacks with me all yhe time where ever we go, and the lady was soo rude and shameless that the other siblings of my client gets upset too, im definitely gonna do a complaint regarding this to the governments authorities to NDIS and what soo ever.
