We recently moved to Ballarat from QLD, and were unfamiliar with what clothing would be required for the children’s school uniforms, and what should be worn at school in such a cold climate. After our shopping experience at Crockers, I highly recommend their services. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to one particular staff member, Jen, who was very knowledgeable, and understanding, in helping my growing teenager select items of clothing from their large selection of school wear. My son hates clothes shopping, but Jen was fantastic with him. She had great advice about which items would be most suitable for his needs, and she helped with sizing, (making sure he had that little bit of extra room to grow). We left with everything he needed from top to toe, and to keep him warm during our first Victorian winter. The clothing was lovely quality too.
After commenting we were looking forward to a bite to eat, but didn’t know where to go, Jen even pointed us in the direction of a fabulous eatery, where we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious lunch. (Thank you 1816 Bakehouse). Thank you to Crockers and all the lovely staff. We’ll be back in Spring!

Have always used Crockers for my 3 boys uniform needs, friendly staff, spot on with sizing, Murray and Lisa are so knowledgable on what is needed and we are in and out fast, kids decked out, needs met, cannot ask more. Wonderful business. Thank you.
