Crimewatch Security

Worst customer service and cheap cameras were installed. I got cameras installed by these people 2 years ago through my builder and they have stopped working already. They use cheap cameras and very poor customer service.

Crimewatch provided excellent service and advice. The professionalism of the advice and installation was wonderful, and we feel much more secure!

Jamie went above and beyond to liaise with my builder and get what was required to ensure my home had the right security from camera positioning to system integration, apps and upgrades. I was also informed and educated about the suitable alarm system and intercom connectivity to ensure I had all that was needed right upfront. We got Crime watch to install our new home theater and they have done a fantastic job. Staff were friendly and prompt with their responses. The installer in particular was amazing, friendly with a strong focus on safety. He was able to resolve any difficult situations he was presented with. They went above and beyond to set me up with my home theater. Would recommend Crime watch to all my friends and family.

I've been using Crimewatch Security as my preferred supplier for my building company for Ducted Vac, Alarms, CCTV, Video intercom & many other items they supply for approx 13 years + now. These guys are professional, responsible and reliable, i would not hesitate recommending them to anyone (and have on many occasions) keep up the great work.

I wanna first start of saying what a Disgusting company they took ADVANTAGE of my old mother charged her extra for a faulty camera they installed not even 1 week the camera systems went down.

Crimewatch were great with the install of my new CCTV system. The boys helped me with all my questions and ensured I understood the system before they left! Great service and great system will use them again in the future.

I got my alarm system put in with these guys now I have a problem with it and I have to pay lots of money for them to come out that was ok but I have rang 2 times and they have a person to fix it but they are on holidays and they will keep in touch with me no phone calls and it's been 3 months will not go with them again

We have used Crime watch security to install our security cameras and alarm system. Extremely happy with the quality of service and workmanship. Their attention to details was fantastic and customer service desk was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anybody who requires these services.

Crimewatch Techs installed a security alarm system and video intercom at my residence. They displayed great technical expertise and were very helpful with the operations of the systems. The Company also provides alarm monitoring and so far the admin team has been fantastic. Keep up the good work. I will not hesitate to recommend using them for any security systems need.

No customer service what a joke, $165 call out fee to replace key remote control that cost $85, I had no problem paying for replacement cost but $165 just to come out for 5 mins get a grip, there simple answer was that's our call out fee. Might have to give aca a call, Crimewatch what a joke
