I love Cricklewood. I attended Cricklewood as a child from 10 months old, and I am now working here as an adult! A really nice service and all the educators are friendly and dedicated to work with

The staff genuinely care for the kids and always make you feel welcome. It is hard leaving your child in the care of someone but I have always feel comfortable leaving my son here as it’s such an amazing environment. Educators are incredible and do such an amazing job!

This place is amazing! My kids always have so much fun here. They come home with so many stories about all the different things they've learnt. I cant recommend this place enough.

My boy has been going to Cricklewood for 2 and a half years now since he was 5 months old. The staff there have been amazing and have helped shape him into the beautiful little boy he is today. The below disrespectful comments regarding staff are totally untrue, i have always found them to be compassionate and accomodating.

Wonderful staff, very professionally ran. I know my son is safe and happy. We have been attending crickelwood for three years. With out a doubt 5 stars.

I was so sad to leave Cricklewood today, I worked at Cricklewood the last 2 years and had the most wonderful 2 years there. I made good friends with the staff, I enjoyed the children and families. I can just say if I had grandchildren who needed a child care centre I would recommend Cricklewood anytime. The negative comments I read about Nicole, Jacinta and Jack is so untrue, the person who wrote it must have a grudge against the world or life. In all the 2 years I worked there I was just treated with respect and the bad comments about Jack is not true. I never felt uncomfortable in Jack's presence and he was respectful towards the staff, children and parents at Cricklewood. Thanks Nicole, Jacinta, Jack, Trudy and all the staff, children and families for making my 2 years at Cricklewood so enjoyable.

Brilliant centre can’t fault it. My children loved there time at the centre and still talk about it to this day.

I work at cricklewood childcare and kindergarten and i am a very happy member of our community. We encourage eachother to grow and thrive, constantly boosting our team members. Management are especially great at providing us with guidance, encouragement and new learning/training opportunities. I love my workplace, and so does my son who can never stop talking about the fun experiences he is exposed to!

My daughter has been at the centre for almost 2 years. She has developed so much and loves to talk about her day, teachers and friends. They have handled her allergies and anaphylaxis to a high standard, will double check things if any doubts. Feel happy and safe to leave my child here and my son later in the year too.

I have worked with Nicole and Jacinta for many years and the review from Mollie Dookah is rubbish. You are obviously a disgruntled person that needs to get on with your life. They are amazing people with loads of compassion and support their staff 100%. Creating a fake profile gives you no credibility as you have not worked there. Move on.

The staff in the rooms are amazing, they do a fantastic job considering all they have to put up with.
Management however, atrocious! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.
Nicole and Jacinta are nasty people and are not a pleasure to work for.
They quite often gaslight their staff members, power trip, belittle and bully amazing staff members to point where they have had to quit, otherwise they would go insane.
That's also why there is a high staff turnover.
Nicole is an absolute control freak.
If there are staff members who are getting along quite well and becoming friends, she will separate them because she doesn't like the staff being friends.
She also demands that when staff receive a gift from a parent such as a box of chocolates, they are to hand them into the office where she stores them and regifts them to staff members on their birthdays.
I absolutely agree with Tracey McGill when she talks about management. She is right on the money that's for sure!

I have personally worked here and I would NOT RECOMMEND. They honestly are the WORST centre to send your defenceless children as Nicole and Jacinta are absolute horrendous people, who do not care about your child’s safety or wellbeing. My child nearly choked on a bottle cap, as the staff memebers leave their coke lids laying around the rooms and not once did they own up to it. He went blue and all Nicole could say was “it’s not our problem” she is a sad excuse for a person. She is heartless and fake. She’ll lie straight to your face with no hesitation. I also think her son jack Shouldn’t be working around children as he just stares at them oddly and then I caught him rubbing his crutch area with his hand. I had to leave imediately. It’s a pure danger zone. They shouldn’t even be running such a disaster of a centre. I hope they get closed permanently. Nicole is a nasty piece of work. I’m surprised she even has a husband considering she flirts with all the dads.

Cricklewoid Childcare is a nurturing professional Centre that are constantly educating their staff and management on procedure and development also making sure the Centre is a caring and educational experience for the kids. The staff are beautiful and make sure each child’s needs are meet.

My daughter has had the worst experience at this centre! It’s not warm or welcoming at all! The management spoke to me like I was stupid, it’s just not on! Who wants to take their children to a place where it is cold, unfriendly and the management is just plain rude? ! Not me!

My Time at Cricklewood has been extraordinary, i cannot speak highly enough about our management. They always ensure staff thrive in their professional development to give our children in our care the best nurturing, fun and educational experiences throughout the day.

The staff at Cricklewood genuinely love their jobs and this shows through our daily interactions, staff walk into a room for the day and are embraced by cuddles by the children they educate visa versa.

As per our policies we all strive to provide the best care and education to all of our children within our care and this is proven by the centres 'exceeding' rating.
