Creswick Visitor Information Centre reviews
11 Absolutely spotless clean, one of the neatest public toilets I've ever been to.
Just a quick stop to check out the park across the road but still spotless
I visited the public toilets here. They were disgustingly filthy. I understand that it's not the visitor information centres responsibility but council could do more. Cleaned more regularly. Other country towns leave Hepburn Shire for dead
Love Creswick, a great little/medium sized town. Look forward to investigating it's many interesting shops and eateries in the future.
The Creswick Visitor's Information Center is always the best place to go to find out all the Tourist destinations in the area.
The Staff are very helpful
Great staff who are very knowledged with the area - they know their stuff. They are always happy to help.
Great information centre. Friendly. Wealth of knowledge of local area including the Adam Lindsay Gordon trail and local mining sites including Australia biggest gold mining disaster on the outskirts of Creswick. Lots of brochures of local attractions and places to stay and many of other Victorian areas. Parking out back and opposite supermarket for supplies. Public toilets (clean) next door and small picnic park out front.
Unfortunately due to COVID19 restrictions it was closed. Some information on the outside was helpful. Head to the council offices near the library if you need more detailed assistance.
While as fellow regional Victorians, we understand the pressures of closures due to COVID we were more than disappointed that no maps or brochures were available at any venue while the centre is closed. May I suggest that someone arranges to at least make information available at the service station or bakery.
This information centre would be one of the best I've been to. They have lots of brochures and volunteers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have great suggestions. It is a lovely area with lots to see and do.
I have been to a tonne of places & this info centre is up there with the best.for no other reason but their relaxed friendly manner and knowledge of the area (huge). Hooray for people who know their district!
