Crest Dry Cleaners

After numerous phone call and not calling back lost my cleaning. Then found out it was taken to another agency, then was asked for payment again! Lucky receipt was kept.

I was there to dry clean my dress for a special occasion and requested for next day service, ended up the staff made a mistake and the dress only ready for pickup a week later. Poor service!

They did a fair job but their communication is lacking. Took time to go into Geelong to collect washing on the day nominated on the ticket and the clothes were not ready. Had to keep ringing to find out when it would be ready.

My clothes came back dirtier than when i sent them in the poor excuse for an owner had the nerve to try to blame the all the new stains on my clothes back on me. This would have to be the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Saw a crest van blatantly and recklessly run a red light this morning, April 5th at 7.35am at the traffic lights running across MacKillop Street. Really poor form and very obvious when you have your brand emblazoned all over the side of your car. Wake up and think about other people!

$5/wash and $3/dry is reasonable. Always clean. Great location: café next door; Chinese restaurant two doors down; a brothel in between. Very safe area. Lots of parking nearby.

I had to help a guest at the hotel where I work get their suit pressed for a wedding. Phoned Captain Clean at 3.30 on Friday and Liz was most helpful. Dropped the suit of on Saturday morning and it was done and ready for pick up by 10.30 that morning.
A great experience not only for me but for my guest as well.
