Creative Garden Early Learning Wallan

Its a great place. But its sad that some parents think that their are the only kids, and take to abusing staff on petty scratches and such, yes literally abusing; they think they are the only ones who want attention, everyone wants their kids to be treated as a prince/ess. But there is a limit as I have witnessed this myself - if it was with them at their work they would have screamed "abuse" and made a big hell - just be considerate atleast sometime. Ask yourself have you ever smiled and said thanks or asked how are you to the important people who spend more time with your kids than even you. Dont be so bossy and bullying. I wish the management and the department look into it - no one should tolerate bullying. Great staff, very multi cultural, and that brings a lot of value to the kids. Keep up the great work and dont bother about these petty fellas, there will always be a couple of them.

Worst place ever! I had my daughter go to a different daycare and they definitely knew/know what the are doing there. Unfortunately I had to put my son in this place due to the only place with an availability, and it’s been the worst decision I’ve ever made. Staff are rude, not sympathetic and do not have a clue on how to care for a child. They are extremely negligent and have conflicting stories when there are incidents. To many incidents happen under their care and when confronted in their mistakes and issues you constantly get the same response of “oh I don’t know how that happened” and “oh I’m sorry that happened” and “we are working on the issue” but nothing ever changes. My son cry’s at drop of from the moment we are in the car park. There are never any changes, I do not trust the staff looking after my son and would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m on the wait list to get him in a better place. I wish I didn’t have to send my son here.

Worst place ever to put your child in.they are always out of resources, and the educators are pathetic.they are so unqualified and unethical.regret putting my child there. Happy that I got a better centre.

We are very new the area and our 4 and half year boy really enjoying. Only little time he will spend here but he is very happy. Very good quality of care given to all childrens. Great professionalism has been shown by the all educators. Staff is very responsive too. Overall Completely
satisfied with service. Will recommend everyone this childcare faculty.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience at Creative Garden. We started over 12 months ago in Nursery, and she has made excellent progression up to the Toddler room. The educators are kind, respectful and a joy to get to know, the centre takes pride in what they do, and puts a huge focus on the development of each child. I cannot recommend more.

Absolutely love this centre. The staff are lovely and accommodating. My daughter is always excited to come to care. I love the daily updates and photos we get. My daughter has flourished since attending Creative Garden with language and social skills. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Excellent centre. Fantastic early learning facility which has given both my children the best start for their futures.

Having a child with additional needs was scary enough as it was, but the educators have made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my daughter with them. Knowing that they will attend any extra training to better understand my daughter and her needs is reassuring. It is a lovely clean center, All the staff are friendly and professional and i love getting daily pics of my daughter while I'm at work.

Using my daughters account, im not happy with this centre. They are so rude, they are nice to you when you first enrol your child then they are rude. The front desk is so rude. I dont recommend anyone sorry.

Three of my children attend this daycare. Fantastic educators and a really great program. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences since starting and all my kids are happy and settled

It's a scary 1st step - finding the right child care centre to look after your child when returning to work and it's daunting with all the child care centres around - which one is the best for my child?

I was lucky that my niece went here and had heard great things about Creative Garden that I chose them as my first choice.

My son and I had two 1/2 days of orientation and all the carers onsite made us feel at ease and very welcome to the centre. We had a walk-through of the centre and then stayed in the rooms to interact with the carers and other children.

When I dropped my son off for his 1st alone day - the carers were really helpful in keeping him occupied so that I could leave without too many tears being shed.

All carers are polite and professional and always say hello when passing in the corridor. All meals are cooked onsite so that there is no contamination for any child with allergies to get sick with the wrong food. There are plenty of rooms for children to expand, grow and learn as they get older and with kindyhub - this makes things easier so that you as a parent can see what your child has been upto throughout the day while at work.

I am very happy with Creative Garden and look forward to the continued growth and positive influence they are having on my son as he grows from a baby boy into a young man with a big sense of adventure:)

My son attends this centre and has settled in so well since he was 6 months old. All the educators are friendly and make you feel so welcome.

I absolutely love creative garden, the center is amazing the staff are nurturing and have made my boys feel loved, we feel like part of the family i honestly couldn't fault them

Hey just a shout out to Creative Garden Early Learning wallan Yesterday my 19month old son had a health issue doctors have told me without the staff members quick actions things could had turn real bad real quick so can't thank them enough.its hard leaveing your children in care you feel so guilty that you have to work when all you want is to be with ur babies but having my kids at Wallan is so so reassuring knowing i can leave my baby in safe hands.thanks again

Not a great centre, it's run by share holders and it's clear it's on a budget! It's horrible! Don't do it!

Great centre. Every educator knows my children and always make them feel welcome, wanted and loved, it's just like their home away from home, which as a parent is very reassuring and allows you to worry less about them when they are not with you. Wouldn't send my children anywhere else in Wallan.

My son goes to this centre and he loves it there and always looks forward to going back. Great educators and I highly recommend this centre.
