Creative Garden Early Learning Berwick

I have been an Educator at Creative Garden Early learning for the past 5 years and I couldn’t recommend it enough, I absolutely love getting up everyday and going to work. All the team members are welcoming and caring and it’s like having a second family, absolutely adore each and everyone of them. I’m also so lucky to have such wonderful families attend our centre who are happy to have a chat and leave their children in our care. My 19 month old is also in the nursery and he absolutely loves seeing all the educators and is thriving and learning so much whilst there.

Creative Garden Berwick is just Incredible…I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to enrol my kids here. My eldest child started at age 3 and my youngest started when she was a baby and has now been here for 4 years!
The feeling here is beyond amazing, every single person is treated as part of their “family”. The staff are approachable and so very kind and caring! You can tell that it is more then just a job for them, they legitimately care about the children and want the best for them.
My daughters have learnt so much, it’s more then I could have taught them at home!
When my eldest daughter went to school she knew stuff that was beyond Prep entry level, I put this down to the care, effort and dedication that each and every staff member puts into every child’s learning experience.
Everyday we get photos and in depth entries of what the kids did during the day. And the kids are always excited to go because they are always doing interesting and fun stuff!
I whole heartedly recommend this centre and I will be extremely sad at the end of this year when my youngest child goes to school. (There will be tears) I will be forever thankful for the years that we have gotten to be a part of their little “family”!

Our 2 year old daughter has been at Creative Garden Berwick since she was 10 months old. We love the caring environment, creativity, the warm family feel, the highly skilled educators who are very approachable. We are informed each day on learning milestones she has achieved and it is evident she is flourishing in this environment! She is more confident, happy, has learned so many new skills and is articulate in her language. We are really grateful for the team there for their commitment and drive to educate, support and encourage our daughter! Thank you all! Highly recommend this early learning centre!

Staff at Creative Garden Berwick are the greatest, the center feels like a second home to my now two year old who has attended since 6 months old. He adores seeing his educators and they make him feel super loved. The center has a homely feel, surrounded by lovely outdoor gardens and trees. We love it here - thanks team!

My grandson attends here and loves it. The educators are friendly and extremely caring. They are always happy to help and nothing is too hard for them. My grandson lives his daycare family.

My son has been with Creative Garden Berwick since he was a baby. The girls in the Nursery room have been amazing with him, making sure he is looked after and have achieved and documented milestones. When he went up to the toddler room, the girls have known him already and have been equally amazing in continuing his learning journey. He has enjoyed his time in there so much as well, growing and learning with his friends from the babies room. He has thrived in there that he was not ready to go up to Kinder, funny enough. But of course, he needed to go up in Kinder, now that he is 3.5 years old. And guess what, he is actually ready. He just didnt realise it yet.haha Plus the girls in there are happy to have him there too. Overall, the centre has been amazing and have the family-orientated vibe that makes families feel comfortable and confident in having their children well taken cared of. Highly recommended.

My son has been at Creative Garden Berwick since he was 4 months old. I can not fault this Centre at all, all the educators are warm, welcoming and caring and my little man loves coming in. The moment you walk into the Centre you feel as though you are apart of their family. My son has grown and developed so much since starting at the Centre and it is all to do with the hardworking and dedicated Educators that are at the Centre. I would definitely recommend Creative Garden to all my friends and Families.

The praise I give for the care given to my grandson when he attends Creative Garden Early Learning Centre in Berwick could not be any higher. All the educators treat him so beautifully and share his experiences there with me via the Xplor app. This keeps me fully informed of everything that happens there; from what he eats, to when he sleeps, to when his nappy is changed. The reflections posted each day are so informative and the photos of my grandson at play are amazing to see. He always finishes his day so happy and is always eager to go back each day.
I highly recommend this Early Education Centre.

My daughter started last year when she was 2, it was challenging with the inconsistency of attending due to COVID and also her age, drop offs were particularly difficult. ALL staff at the centre have been amazing. From the manager Rebecca (and Assistant Manager Jessica) who are at the front desk when you walk in, to the educators in the rooms everyone is so friendly and continued to do everything they could to make drop offs easier. I really appreciated the effort that the staff went to, to make me feel more comfortable. There were phone calls 30 mins to an hour after dropping my daughter off to let me know that she had settled in well. They also use the Xplor app and update it regularly, particularly if the drop off had been hard, they would often send through photos and an update in the morning so that I could see how happy she was. They even dropped off an activity bag at our front door during the covid lockdown period. I just really feel like they often went above and beyond my expectations. I have just sent my second daughter (1 yr old) this year as well. I highly recommend this centre, it is not too big and the staff are excellent.

The team here definitely make you feel like family until they need payment for incorrect fees and charges then they abuse you and humiliate you in front of everyone in the centre.
Well thats the experience I had with Jessica Sparkes, I was made to feel humiliated for refusing to pay incorrect charges on my account that I had to pull my child out.
No attempt was made for an apology and the centre management jyst tried to cover up how her staff member treated myself and my family.
Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience and I'm so glad I finally have a centre that doesn't lie about paid sick days or try charging me double what I should be paying.

We have a two and nearly four year old at creative garden, they have both attended since they were one years old a couple of days a week. The staff are amazing, friendly accommodations and helped me as much as the kids to transition everyone to daycare. I know my children are well cared for at creative garden, they offer great play and learning opportunities, healthy food and great routines for the kids. Five stars

Our two beautiful Grandchildren joined Creative about 4 mths ago and it has been a fantastic experience. Bec is Fabulous and has a great team. All staff are professional and caring. This is such a well run centre and we appreciate all that Bec and the staff do for the children. A first class centre, thank you everyone.

Creative Garden provides a setting where my children feel confident to express themselves, develop their social skills and connect with carers and other children.

Creative Garden in Berwick is amazing, my daughter loves going there. I work full time and they care for her so well and my daughter is always very happy when I drop her off and at pick up.
She enjoys their menu and the activities, the educators are very kind and caring towards the children. They send photos and give a description of the children’s day.
They always update me with how my daughter and they don’t mind if you call them to ask about how they are doing too. Great service and great care provided. I recommend this day care and kinder program.:)

I am a 39 year old mother of 4 biological children and two step children and have never had any of my kids in daycare before. This year I was diagnosed with grade 2, stage 3 breast cancer. My husband and myself experienced extreme and chronic abuse as children and due to this, we do not have social or family support (we both have ptsd and have both worked as AOD and Mental Health Consultants; go figure). After Chemo and surgery, I needed to undergo 30 sessions of daily radiotherapy and while our other five children were able to attend school and work, our 17 month old boy needed to start daycare so I could get the therapy. I was so scared. How could anyone understand how hard it would be to even think about finding the right place for him? I was miraculously guided by a very kind person to enquire about Creative Gardens Berwick. From the first phone call to Sam and Rebecca, my anxiety dropped by 50%. They completely got it. From there, in the weeks before radiotherapy began, I would bring my little one and allow him to experience the environment while still feeling safe with me around. We got to know Anu, Wendy, Sarah, Bushra, Mel and Flora. These incredible women surrounded us in a circle of understanding and kindness. The way they operate and work with each child is exactly how I have been mothering at home for 20 years. Kindness, patience, love, intuition, an eagle eye and the highest standard of care. Extraordinarily professional and reassuring. I absolutely love each of them and so does my son. The first day that I began radiotherapy I was anxious and worried but they were consistent and understanding. Each day got easier and easier. After several weeks, I can see how much he has grown as a person and it is thrilling to see.
This place has literally changed our lives.
Ps, after 8 years of social work I have been inspired enough to have enrolled in the Diploma of Childcare starting in January.

Our daughter Penny has flourished in the care of Creative Garden. Her 3 days per week give her structure, learning, love, nutritious and new foods, discipline, respect and lots of new little friends. She is learning so much, her vocabulary and confidence are amazing and we can tell that they genuinely love our girl. As a working parent the most important thing to us is that she feel beloved - and we have no doubt that she does! Thankyou!

Both of my children attended this Centre before they started School and I cannot recommended it highly enough. Both the Staff and Centre are amazing. Staff are genuine, caring and courteous and the Centre has fantastic facilities and are always keeping the children's needs to grow in mind. Couldn't have been happier and now that my girls have moved on from the Centre, I miss the Staff immensely!

My children have gone there for the last 4 years and I absolutely love the community felleoijg, now ahd 4 years ago wheb we were new to the centre, we were very much welconed abd ataff turn over is very low. They love abd respect the children and are an extremely inclusive centre. Always thinking of bew waysbto engage kids and parents even If they are working parents! The staff are all lovely abd have good rappirt with each other, have a laugh and share special moments via rnail to keep parents up to date. I would recommend anyone cobaidering childcare to have a look.

Staff are lovely but high turnover since new ownership.
My child sustained a significant injury requiring surgery and I have been very disappointed by the management response.
