Creative Framing is the only business I trust to frame items that I care about. Mark and Amanda are awesome to deal with and their quality, service and professionalism can't be beaten!

Rather than entering the store, I phoned to get a quote for a matte to be cut, as my baby had fallen asleep in the car. Not only did they do the job in 10 minutes, but took it upon themselves to come find me outside in my car and give me the matte so I didn't have to disturb bub. Such a small gesture that means so much and shows amazing customer service. Thank You!

Best framer in Melbourne. Superb service, great range and above all a very high level of expertise. Could not recommend highly enough - especially for high end valuable artworks which require specialist conservation grade handling and materials.

Absolutely abhorrent service. Quote for large canvas framing was given over the phone although no specific requirements were discussed. Upon entering the store, I was told the particular frame I required was significantly more expensive. They offered me a discount but couldn't honour the original quote. I insisted that the frame code was written on the job sheet, then called 5 days later to make sure the specific frame had been ordered and was being used, only to be told, "the framers know what they're doing, I just pay the bills here! "

Upon returning to the store to inspect the framing, I was horrified to see that the wrong frame had been used. I was told that they were unable to order the particular frame, so they took it upon themselves to choose a different frame for me. When asked whether it was standard practice to make decisions for their customers if specific requirements could not be met, they said YES!

The most disrespectful and discourteous customer service I have ever received. Be warned!

I could not be happier with my recent frame from 'Creative Framing'. Their knowledge, expertise and range is amazing and my painting came up a real treat.

Love these guys! A good frame makes a world of difference to a piece of art and they know exactly what works. I prefer to buy unframed art because I know Creative Framing results are much better than any off the shelf product. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my treasures.

I've gone to Creative Framing to have some expensive vintage posters framed and some expensive art restored. On every occasion I've been more than pleased with the outcome. Mark is great to deal with and has a gift for helping you achieve the look you're after:)

Mark from Creative Framing selected local Surf Coast photography for us at Lifestyle Geelong, from the famous bollards along the Geelong Waterfront to the amazing Great Ocean Road. The framing compliments the photography and they look fantastic in the clubhouse. The service and delivery was professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
