Amazing service! Omar came to my house the same day I enquired and was able to fix all my laptops within a week. Constant communication, I was quoted prior to him doing anything, as he knew he was on a budget. New batteries and chargers, reformatted laptops and programmed all 4 for a great price. Was given back all the old parts as proof new parts were installed! Highly recommend this company and especially Omar, he is a lovely honest person and keeps it simple. Thank you for your advice and help.

Great experience with Creative Computers. The owner of the shop gave an exceptional service, updates on my laptop. Despite being so busy with other laptop/pc repairs, he was able to get my laptop repaired in around under a week. No hidden costs, no quote changes.

Laptop repair comes with a 6 months warranty aswell. I will update this review again if anything changes but as far as I'm concerned, no problems so far.

Would recommend his service, would visit again for any future problems.

Awesome service! Extremely friendly, professional & helpful. Our laptop went from dead to good as new, only took a couple days & was able to perform a data recovery on another device that was beyond repair. Highly recommended!

Omar fixed my pc very quickly and very happy with the service he provided to me. I have used his services twice now and will not hesitate to go back to Omar again as he is excellent in what he does. My pc had a virus and he had replaced my hard drive with a SSD hard drive also backed up my data. Now it runs very fast. Happy with the service!

My iPhone 12 Pro wouldn't turn off or on, so I popped into the store and was given immediate service. A total reboot (which involved deleting all my data) was called for so I left my iPhone there and less than two hours later, it was all done! Outstanding service. Like most of us, I felt totally lost without my iPhone and now im in the process of restoring it (remember to back up regularly as this can happen to anyone, anytime!)

Really good experience. They were friendly and professional. Didn't treat me like I knew nothing about computers when fixing my laptop (even though I know very little!). Repairs and service all done in one day! I didn't have to book it in, they called me when it was done. And very reasonably priced. I would definitely go here again!
