We recently engaged Creative Arch to assist us with our multi unit site. They looked after the planning stage with council and demonstrated a great understanding of what is required to get an approval. Mel and his team displayed great communication, listened to our ideas and nothing seemed to difficult for them. We engaged the team to complete our working drawings and look after our building permit application. This was completed very efficiently. My faith in customer service has been restored after the exceptional service Mel and Adrian provided me in turning my dream home ideas into a reality. It was apparent after my very first meeting that customer service and doing the right thing by their customers is at the centre of their values.
They displayed a tremendous amount of patience during my extended periods of indecision and were always willing to go above and beyond to help me make an informed decision.

They were continually one step ahead, and were always available to deal with all my calls and emails in an efficient and same day turnaround time. There was literally not a single instance where I was ever required to follow them up, with every question and request being met with genuine care and a willingness to make it happen.

They exceeded my expectations at every turn from concept, to drafting stage and finally taking the stress of dealing and working with my surveyor (well after they had completed their paid services) in ensuring I was granted the building permit.
To ensure I was supported, the team attended to matters well outside of their paid services free of charge and more importantly, everything was dealt with a smile. Nothing was ever a hassle or inconvenience.

The team were professional and an absolute joy to deal with. They do what they say which is a rarity in this day and age and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.

Mel and his crew were super professional from the planning stage right through to the completion of the project. The small list of small defects were addressed quicker than any of my previous projects. We were able to gauge the length of the build with others in the estate and we were by far the quickest to be completed. We would use Mel and Creative Arch again without hesitation.

I highly recommend this company to anyone, Mel and his team designed our 14 factories at Greenville business Park and did an amazing job, they look so good and stand out from most other factories you see around and this made it much easier to sell and rent them this place means alot to us and has alot of history and sentimental value and Mel did it justice, my dad would be so proud of these factories and very proud of you to Mel.
