Dreadful customer service! The woman I spoke to today couldn’t care less about the fact that I wanted a new wardrobe she said she was too busy with doing her alterations I’d have to wait for at least a month! Unbelievable!

Rimi made a dress for my wife based on one she brought into the shop and with some changes to the design that my wife described. It came out beautifully. Incredible work considering there was no pattern! Rimi made it in a very reasonable time frame and for a very fair price. She's also lovely and makes great suggestions. My wife has already dropped off fabric for another creation.

I asked to change the zipper on some pants on behalf of my father and the lady was really nice. She only charged $25 when other places quoted $35. The service was quite quick and very high quality.
