One of the most greedy people ever rented with.
Always asks for money to get repair if anything should be happen even to outter side of the property like Parking bays or etc. And at the end when you are ending with lease of the house, they will never return Bond amount and if you try to go with them with rules to get you bond momey back, then they start foolishing you by saying the property is not cleaned good and we have given you much better cleaned propertyy at starting of the lease. And most important thing if you have any issues with the property maintainence they will never respond you back even after 50 mails you send to them for visiting and inspectioning the site to reset the issue.
These guys are totally fake and they didn’t return my bond money even after i left the property cleaned, done by the professionals which even i have send the reciept to them of paying money to cleaning company.
So.my better opinion to you guys are, Never ever rent a property with this company and if you want to rent the property with this company then already make your mind of never getting help from them in maintainencing issues and never ever thing of getting your bond back if even you left your property in clean condition also.i have already applied for V-cat against them. Rest is on you guys that you want live in a property rented by professionls or you want to live in a propert rentals by greedys and unprosfessional idiots.
