We did two rounds of IVF with Dr Najjar and Natalie and we count ourselves very lucky to have met everyone at Create. The entire way through what is a very emotional and tough journey, they made sure we were heard and looked after. Any ideas we had or questions were answered and explained by the team and we always felt comfortable to discuss any concerns.
Personally my protocol was the right one from the start and I was fortunate enough to have no side effects from the medication or retrieval. The level of care and expertise here is second to none. We are still on our journey but know we are the right hands! Thank you guys.

I’ve been seeing Mei at Create Health for over two years; she has held my hand through my fertility journey & delivered my first baby in September. My experience with Mei has been nothing but safe, empowering and compassionate. Mei has such a down to earth “bedside manner”, and nothing ever seems too hard, with Mei there is always a solution. When you have an OBGYN, you think they’ll call the shots - well with Mei, she walked right beside me. Thank you thank you thank you, for making my dream of becoming a mum come to fruition.

We saw Dr NAJJAR for our first child, we had never done IVF before, for our circumstance we were immediately recommended ICSI for our IVF treatment. No time was wasted in getting started. All the steps with moving ahead we were clearly explained our treatment plan and we began within a month of our first visit. We were never rushed and they were ready to begin at our call. Dr NAJJAR was kind, considerate and patient with our needs. He always asked whether we had questions and would explain any answers in laymen's terms so we weren't overwhelmed with any medical jargon. All the staff at his office were very informative and caring and were all highly skilled at their job. Overall I'd highly recommend his services to anyone for their fertility needs. He's a cut above the rest and is confident in his work.

Dr Najjar welcomed my husband and I with a smile and open arms. He guided us through what was a difficult process after the loss of our first baby, compassionatel, and was the optimism we needed to continue our journey to parenthood. 8 months later with his assistance and recommendations we conceived our beautiful baby girl who Is a week old today

Dr Haider Najjar was the first to diagnose and treat my disease which led to IVF. During my time as his patient he was very supportive and encouraging. He left no stone unturned, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, an expert in his field. Without him I would never have been able to concieve and birth my two healthy children. I highly recommended Dr Najjar and the whole Create Health team to help anyone on their journey.

I am so appreciative of the care and support I have received from Dr Scott Pearce. I was so anxious about the issues I was having, but I always felt listened to and understood. Dr Pearce explained everything really clearly and it was so reassuring.

I have been seeing Scott Pearce for quite a number of months now and still a current patient. I will say the care his has, patience and help has been amazing. The staff are also so kind and helpful

Dr Sugandha Kumar was amazing, i came and saw her after having many years of mistakes and miseducation from my last gynaecologist, i felt like i desperately needed a hysterectomy as felt i had endometriosis and fibroids and had been suffering for over 20 years and my pain was horrible. Dr Kumar took her time to listen to me and also made my decision easier to have a hysterectomy. She operated on me and i did have endometriosis, fibroids and adenomyosis and now 7 weeks later i’m feeling great and pain free.she is amazing and i highly recommend her.xoxo

I had a surgery on 05/08/21. As a women who suffered from severe Endometriosis & Adenomyosis. After consulting Dr Najjar I felt very comfortable as I knew I was in the best hands. I was very nervous on the day of my surgery, but Dr. Najjar spoke to me just before the surgery & I felt very comfortable. I feel so much better now, even during my post op Tele consultation I had so many questions to ask Dr. Najjar he was very kind enough to take time and answer all my questions. Also I would like to thank Lucy & Whitney for the wonderful assistance extended to me from the very first day of My consultation. Both of them were very efficient, friendly, helpful and kind towards me.

The team at Create Health are outstanding. They are caring, professional and supremely skilled in the area of Women’s Health. The reception staff (Katie and Jenna) in the Mt Waverley rooms are friendly, efficient and super helpful; nothing is too much trouble for them. Dr Mei Cheah is my specialist/surgeon and I could not recommend her highly enough. Not only is she a brilliant surgeon, she listens and always has time for patient questions, concerns and requests. She explains things clearly and works with you to get the best possible outcome. She is a leader in her field and I am so thankful to have benefitted from her expertise and care. Would steer clear if you are wanting support with a diagnosis or proper treatment for endometriosis/adenomyosis. I saw Dr Tom Manley after my quality of life rapidly deteriorated with severe symptoms 8 months after my first endometriosis surgery. I sat in his office crying and he told me my pelvic MRI scan was fine. Turns out he didn't even bother to read the report. I read the report once I got a copy and it was very clear I was not fine. I sought a second opinion and was immediately scheduled for a second laparoscopy. It was 5 hours long because the disease was so severe.

Create Health also have the incorrect definition for endometriosis on their website, and even though it was flagged with them a few months ago - they still have not changed it. Endometriosis is NOT the endometrium.

When people with endometriosis talk about their experience with medical gaslighting, dismissal and misinformation from doctors - this is a prime example.

I can't recommend Dr Scott Pearce highly enough! My good friend is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and recommended we see Scott for fertility treatment and to deliver our baby. She said he is the best, he sure is! Hubby and i were trying for 18 months, very frustrating and stressful. It turned out i had endometriosis which Scott diagnosed and removed. Because of Scott's expert treatment and advice we fell pregnant soon afterwards. Scott looked after me during my pregnancy and birth. Scott is very kind, thorough and answered patiently all my questions - and i did have alot! He is really approachable and very supportive - which is what i needed. I was really nervous giving birth and Scott made the whole process wonderful. He was reassuring and encouraging and just really lovely to deal with. I have a beautiful girl now thanks to Scott. I can't recommend him highly enough! I will be back for number 2 soon!

Dr Sugandha Kumar, was an incredible support to myself and my partner during my pregnancy and birth. She was able to completely ease my anxiety and was there for me 100%. I always felt that the health of my baby and myself were her first priorities and that she would be there whenever we needed her. My labour ramped up very quickly and she was there in plenty of time, and made me feel supported and cared for. I honestly could not have asked for a better Dr and feel very lucky to have had her by my side. Thank you so so much Dr Kumar!

He safetly delivered my first born baby into this world and we look forward to him now delivering our second one in just a matter of weeks. Tom was with us through two trying miscarriages as well as the successful pregnancy and birth of our beautiful girl. The care provided by Tom and his wonderful receptionist, Sam, was exactly what we needed as a very anxious couple with a difficult pregnancy history. Our girl was born via elective c-section and we couldn't have asked for a more relaxed, perfect and stres free birth (especially during a Stage 4 restriction Pandemic!). Tom and the team at Cabrini were beyond incredible and we are so grateful to have had our time there with our newborn. My c-section recovery was uncomplicated, smooth and well cared for. We were recommended Tom via a friend who had also suffered pregnancy losses and I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks. Thank you for our rainbow girl and your wonderful care.
