From the managing doctors to the lab staff, nurses and admin staff it is pure kindness and professionalism. We've just had our first IVF cycle ever at Create Fertility for the very first time and are really impressed with the great care provided by them. Being first timers in the IVF journey has been quite daunting and emotional, but we're very grateful to be looked after by such an amazing team here, from admin, to the caring and responsive nurses who guided us thoroughly every step of the way, to the knowledgeable doctors, and laboratory staff, everyone was just very friendly and helpful. Their contractors such as pharmacy and counsellor were also great. It's very rare for us to experience such warmth, support, and reassurance from all the corners of a particular healthcare provider, especially on such a difficult journey.
