I contracted Sam from create dental for planning permit of my ground up commercial property.   Since day one Sam was very switched on and knew what i want to do. He always takes time explaining me the process and any other questions I have. Throughout the process there was very clear communication and good documentation too. EvenThough the project seemed very challenging, he made it happen with his knowledge and experience in the field. And im very thankful for that. I have already recommended his services to couple of my friends.

We engaged Sam from Create Dental at the end of 2019 to begin our design process. We had an idea of our initial design and consulted with other builders prior to meeting with Sam. He was clear on his design principles and made some critical changes to our design/floorplan that we really appreciated. He is experienced in dental workflow and knows our industry inside out.
He came in at a higher initial quote than the other builders but we were surprised at the detail and attention to detail in the initial quote, it was obvious Sam was keen to give us the most accurate figure possible. He was clear in explaining exactly where the costs would come from and we emphasised that we needed to know the costs upfront with minimal variations.
We knew that most fitout projects would have some unexpected developments and although we did have some small unplanned issues, Sam covered most of our minor issues without any extra costs and covered the extra labor as a goodwill gesture. Amazingly we ended up almost with no extra variations other than what we had electively chosen to add. A truly amazing result.
Our build started in april 2020 in the middle of covid restrictions, and we had major equipment delays but Sam and Ben worked around us without us being too involved.
When we did inspect the site midway we had found there was an error in the placement of our reception desk (vs what was planned), but after alerting Sam and Ben they corrected the issue with minimal fuss and effort within 2 days.
Sam and Ben went above and beyond to help us build our first project and the whole process was seamless despite the challenges of working around restrictions.
Special thanks to Ben for finishing our glass sliding doors. It was quite a journey in itself.

Sam and the team at Create Dental are highly recommended for your next clinic build/refurbishment. They are professional, responsive and you get what you pay for. We have used their services 4 times over 3 clinics now and each time there are no massive budget blow outs or extra time required to complete. They can work around you in some cases so there is less downtime. Issues (though rare and small) are always rectified quickly.
