We do not recommend CRE Brokers. Our experience was abysmal, in short, our broker was dishonest, uncommunicative, rude to our legal representative and then simply ghosted us when the ‘sale’ fell through. We hate to think that people who expressed interest in buying our business might have experienced similar behaviour. Look elsewhere for your business brokerage needs.
