Unprofessional Communication - Strong Warning

I strongly advise against choosing this photographer due to their unprofessional behavior and poor communication. Here are the details of my experience:

Last-minute notification: Just one night before the scheduled photo shoot, I received a call from Gavi at 10pm, informing me about the items I needed to purchase for the shoot. As a business owner, I explained that I couldn't accommodate such short notice and had to reschedule.

Blaming the client: On the day of the rescheduled photo shoot, I arrived at the venue and waited for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. When I contacted Gavi, he proceeded to make excuses and even blamed me for not sending photos of the clothes I purchased based on his recommendations. This blame-shifting occurred despite our previous agreement to reschedule due to his lack of professional notice.

Considering these experiences, I strongly recommend seeking another photographer to avoid wasting your time and potentially being wrongly blamed for any issues that may arise.

Highly recommend CrayluxMedia! Just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible job you did in capturing beautiful images of my daughter’s 1st birthday party. We are truly thrilled with the results.

It was a pleasure to work with Craylux Media. Gavi pre-visited the location to ensure a seamless filming day experience and arrived on time on the day of filming. They were flexible and adaptable to our needs and reasonably priced too.

Had the pleasure of working with Gavi and his team for a few years now through youth football competitions. What a guy, what a team! Gavi always ensured attention to detail with every aspect of my competition and certainly captured every emotion displayed on and off the field. Extremely open to feedback and willing to take on any of my requests and provided his own thoughts and suggestions through his expertise to enhance our vision. His action/still shots of players in the middle of matches were amazing and always at a large volume too. If anyone is looking for a photography and videography team for sporting events, I’d highly recommended Craylux Media.

Highly Recommended! The whole team was very very professional! Just Amazing I hired Craylux Media for my daughter’s 21st and they were amazing! The photos were delivered on Time! The Professionalism was a top notch. Gavi communicated throughout the whole process and was super nice and calm, he listened to what we wanted to be captured. My family and friends also loved all the photos that their in.

Had a very bad experience with Gavi and don’t recommend. Had him for my son’s 1st birthday. 80% of the photos my eyes or guest eyes were closed. He blamed it on the lighting and that we were squinting? Then took 2 months to actually receive the photos as he used trainees to edit the photos. There were 3 different filters used and the photos were a mess. Some were too light, some were too dark and some the saturation were too intense that we looked yellow. This isn’t what I expect from someone who claims they’re a professional. I had to get a professional to edit one photo and ask him to do something similar. I had to guide him through what was wrong. It was terrible and stressful. He was very hard to deal with and would make excuses or argue at every point. To top it off he brought a trainee to my son’s birthday and took his time training him more than taking decent photos at the party. I would have to constantly ask him to please take photos of the cake or the guest etc.since I’m paying him for his time. I couldn’t use any of the photos. We had a venue that had beautiful lighting but he said it was too much lighting and that’s why the photo turned out the way it did. He would take a snap of the photo and say “done” without even looking back at the photo. When I asked him why he didn’t check, he said each photo has multiple shots, so it’s fine. Wasn’t fine when the host of the party had their eyes closed in almost every shot. Then my husband saw him and the trainee drinking our beer and even broke our bottle opener thinking no one saw. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend his service to anyone. I’m sure Gavi will have an excuse or something to say back to this feedback. But that’s ok, I just want to make sure people know what they’re getting themselves into before making this mistake. Happy to provide photos and evidence to anyone who’s interested but not posting it publicly as it has my family and friends’ faces on them

Gavi was an absolute gem to talk to.
He and his team got me exactly what I expected from the pictures and highlights of my son's First Holy Communion and also ensured that I was happy with the final result.
Highly recommend working with them to do your event. You won't regret it.
