Crave Restaurant

I have been ordering from Craves Boronia for a number of years and have always found their food particularly their pizzas to be very good. Last night I order 3 large pizzas, cost me $77. It was awful, the crust was terrible, it was thin and soggy. One of the pizza was a cheesy chorizo, not sure if it actually was chorizo, it looked more like cabana. There was probably 2 small pieces per slice. The other 2 pizzas were just as lacking of toppings. The whole experience was terrible. I ended up throwing it all in the bin.
I am not sure what has happened, whether there has been a change in management, however I will not be odering from there again.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends. We all happy with food quality. Delicious. And service was so good. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much for everything. I highly reccomend this place.

My name is Patrick, l used to own Crave a long time ago. The family that runs it now are committed, have passion for their food and for their customers as much as I did.
I now go there regularly as a customer and the food and service is 100%, they have the same Italian flair that I had.
Well done, keep up the good work, after 21 years in the same spot the restaurant is better than ever!

We go to Crave Boronia quite often & have never had a issue. Tonight would have to be the worst meal we have ever had. Lamb was basically raw, inedible, pasta was tasteless. Used to have a GREAT Italian background now the cooks are definitely not from an Italian background. The waitress with all the piercings really needs retraining in customer service. Wont be going back!

Great spot with lots of parking at the back. Tried to marry off one of my daughters to one staff member but he was already married sadly. Next time I drop by I will see if that's still the case

Amazing food and an extensive delicious dessert menu! Highly recommend if you enjoy dim lighting, quiet atmosphere when not busy medium noisy when it gets busy and all around delicious food. The young waitress’s were so helpful and the food portions were great. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have loved it every time, worth the money.

A very disappointing dining experience, because the food is all pre-made dishes, and the taste is poor compared to the experience in 2022. The service has also deteriorated. In the past, it was a western dining experience. The appetizers were served first, and the main course was served after the meeting. Now they are all served together, causing the table to not fit at all, and there is even no place to put a separate plate, which affects the dining experience.

The menu has been remade, many dishes have been canceled, and the dishes have also been simplified. For example, there is no choice of sauce for steak. Although pizza has been added, all pizzas are frozen and not made on site. I ordered soup, pork chops (the bones were cold) french fries, pasta (the sauce became much worse, not rich and milky, I would ask if I want separate cheese powder, but now there is no) pizza (prefabricated pizza, The taste is not even as good as that frozen in the supermarket)

The photos didn't show all the dishes I ordered, because I didn't have the mood to take photos of the next dish after eating.

Not giving 1 star is to leave them with a little expectation, hoping to return to the way it was before.

We came and had a beautiful dinner.

The food we had and service was all of a high standard, and appreciated the chef who met my wife’s dietary requirements as she is pregnant.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner in a relaxing atmosphere.
Staff were friendly and attentive.
For entree, we shared a GF pizza which we all enjoyed. I also ordered the calamari dish which was sensational, really yummy, went really well with the Prosecco on offer!
For main meal had a delicious chicken parmigiana with a Chianti red.
Will definitely be back!

We stopped here for a coffee to catch up with some family. Staff were very friendly and very willing to accommodate all our dietary requirements + preferences. Thank you! Will be back!

Great variety on menu, portions were great - no skimping on seafood or beef in our salads.
We sat outside - comfortable enough. We felt the pricing was decent.

Worst Caesar salad ever. Complete drown in dressing to the point I couldn’t tast anything in the salad just the dressing which overpowered. Waste of my money

Great food, fast service and excellent accessibility. Staff are lovely and the manager seems like a superstar. Highly recommend this place!

I ordered pizza from Crave for a work function on 12 Dec 22. Could not be happier. The pizzas were delivered hot and on time to my event. All of the dietary needs were catered for. One of the attendees said that it was the best gluten free + dairy free (vegan) pizza she had tried. 3 other members agreed! Very happy with the service and quality of these pizzas and 100% would order again. Thank you!)

Ohhhh this restaurant was nice. We ended up going here because our plans got cancelled. We enjoyed the pizza and drinks. The atmosphere was very alive.

Very friendly staff, had a nice chat and they even gave me a free slice of cake. Love the service!

Mixed grill and BBQ ribs were great.
Worth coming down from dandenong ranges if you're around for a tour and need a stress free dining experience.

They forgot all the deserts in the delivery and it’s not the first time ether pick up your game
