Can always get an appointment. They also do phone vists that are helpfull as can answer anywere and if just need a new script or have covid its easier

Really happy with the service from Dr Pubudu Sam Weeratunga. I'd been at ED the night before for a suspected Achilles tear in which they sent me for an x ray. The doc new straight away I needed an MRI scan and he tested me for the tear which wasn't done the night before and he prescribed scans immediately. He also outlined the next steps clearly which was highly professional.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and approachable. Over the years, I've seen different doctors at the clinic and everyone were excellent.

Always a pleasure going to the Surgery very helpful & pleasant also have great easy going Drs

I have been coming to see Dr Hossein Kilani since moving in to the area. I must say having worked with GP’s for almost 20 years prior, he has the skill and the bed side manner all GP’s should aspire to. Kind, softly spoken, ATTENTIVE and LISTENS. He also explains to you in simple terms what you have and what you need to do to get better. I cannot recommend him enough! There’s also another lady GP I have seen and so very polite. The front desk staff are patient and so professional.

Cranbourne Stawell Clinic is great. They have great Dr's & Reception staff, I've never had to wait too long and they Bulk Bill.

All over a good experience. Was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, saw the doctor promptly- he was happy to discuss the issue at length (didn’t real rushed so he could see the next patient). Very happy to return.

I came to this clinic for dental care. But today, 3/12/2022. My 6 year-old son woke up with 38° temperature so I called my clinic and they said they were not taking any patients so I called 6 other clinics and one of the clinic refused to take my son saying the doctor said he can't see a 6years old. After all the calls, Cranbourne Stawell clinic finally opened at 2pm. I rang them and told the girl at the reception please I can't go to emergency and she said that's fine and  said that it was fine  can bring my son in. Thanks Stawell clinic you now got yourself a lovely family of 7 to your clinic. God bless

Dr Kilani is a legend man a very supportive positive person and logical forward thinking doctor. He has been my doctor for few years now and has helped me with knee surgery working towards keeping me healthy and dealing with some big issues with long term positive outcomes. I live in Alice Springs and I still travel and see him and trust me it’s worth and a solid relationship with my doctor.

Love this clinic, never have to wait to long and the girls at the desk are amazing! I’ve always been able to get in quickly with the doctors for my sick baby.

I only go there because of Doctor Kilani. He is the BEST. Women who work at the reception are so unprofessional. They need be trained how to communicate in a professional manner. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have only been going to the clinic for a couple of years and have found the staff amazing, they always are more then happy to chase anything I need without me ever asking for it. I can recommend this clinic for anyone wanting a clinic with staff that actually cares.

THE WORST DOCTORS I HAVE EVER GONE TOO! THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME

Been waiting over an hour, people arriving after me with appointments after mine are all being seen, now the waiting room is empty and I still haven't been called in

Had appointment with dr ishrat few times.she only makes money and doesnt lookafter patients best interest.i bet you.even knowing your medication history from previous dr in same clinic, she will give u something else and when u complain to correct this at the appointment.she ask u to book another appointment.few issues with atleast 1 more gentlemen who does wear a filthy mask when attending patients.

I highly recommend Cranbourne Stawell Clinic. I recently moved to Cranbourne and was looking for a good GP. Dr. Sam is very friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly regarding my medications. Clinic itself is well organized and Staff is very helpful too.
