I'm dealing with Metro mix from 2018, central premix from 2020, Hanson from 2019.
You are the only concrete plant with worst customer service I ever had.when I ask concrete price including delivery, you cannot ask me to call in the pouring day morning. Even today is (08 sep 2023) very quite day for concrete plants because of the rain, you refuse to provide the cost.
Probably one of the unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with!
I came to order concrete as I do need it for next day but the person in reception was super rude I could say that he was being racism!
I’ve never experienced something like this before since I’ve been running my business.
This is totally wrong and unacceptable!
Highly recommended not to use this company the staff is very rude!

REFUSED TO SEND ME CONCRETE BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A CEMENT REPORT THE PREVIOUS WEEK. LEFT US HIGH AND DRY DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH THUS LOT THEY TAKE EVERYTHING PERSONALLY. BUNCH OF COWBOYS
Extremely rude staff! I called these guys to ask if they are still allowed to deliver concrete during the lockdown and he was extremely rude with me.even blamed me for calling a week earlier and asking the same question which I never did.when I tried to explain he just spoke over me and pretty much yelled at me.very unprofessional!
Great customer service and beautiful concrete mixes. Just drive around the area and you will see - if it looks good, these guys definitely created it. Friendly staff and great prices.
Never use them again very rude no customer service they answered the phone yelling and screaming unprofessional
