Very unorganised.
No communication between Doctors & reception.
Very disapointed in this medical centre.
Doctors are great though.

Have been a patient here for 3 years and seen it go down hill. Phone consult… doc will call you an hour later, in person consultation expect to wait around 40 minutes…. Just totally disrespectful in my opinion!

The pathology lady is great! Doctors are good, but they don't run on time; this is quite disappointing. I feel like I'm an inconvenience if I ask how much longer I have to wait after my appointment was over 30 mins late. I find that communication is poor. I have had to fill in the paperwork a couple of times even after filling in the online pre form and then I tell the girl at the desk who says, oh well, sorry about that, but you have to do it. If a doctor is running late, please communicate this with us. If my telle health appointment will be more than 20 mins late, please send a text message. The Doctors are great, however, the service delivery that supports them I think lacks attention. After reading the last review, I think I have had the same receptionist, she was on the phone for 30 mins talking to a friend that who was going out on the weekend and needed to have her nails fixed. I think you need to look at your front of house and look at how your service is being represented. Lack of communication is a problem, I understand that others may need longer or emergencies happen, but I don't like waiting 45 mins and not being communicated to. I think also professionalism should be looked at for who is sitting at your front desk, they represent this clinic, and maybe they need more to do, or be performance managed to better expectations. We are all busy and we would love to keep supporting our local clinic, however, this could be an opportunity for improvement.

I’ve been to Dr Fazmina Idroos and she's been amazing to me. I feel very safe and looked after in her care. I highly recommend this centre.

Dr Idroos is our family GP for the last 6 years. We were seeing other doctors around south-eastern suburbs over 17 years and finally found the right person. First, we met the doctor at Noble Park, Berwick then followed here at Cranbourne West. She is a very kind hearted doctor treats everyone with respect and equally. She is a very knowledgeable, an experienced, and humble person who can share our issues without any hesitation. My wife, son and I were treated for many occasions without having any trouble from this clinic specially by Dr Idroos. Highly recommended Dr Idroos service for anyone.

Cranbourne Medical and skin clinic provides good healthcare services. Dr. Idroos is an excellent medical professional who is highly recommended. She is very compassionate. Hospital staff is also very professional. Overall, very good experience with the doctor, clinic and staff.

What I liked about them the most is they charged a very feasible cost and I have hired them for my skin wrinkles treatment. I am so relieved now that I got the best treatment at an affordable cost. Thank you.

I am a working woman and I prefer to go to the doctor after my office, as usual, I cannot take so many leaves. All thanks to the after-hour service of Cranbourne Medical and Skin Clinic. I have always found very well trend and experienced doctors in the odd hours also. That is why I always prefer them over any medical service provider.

I must say they have very professional, responsible and highly experienced. I have approached them for my varicose veins treatment. They used Laster treatment which is very quick and effective. It took only two weeks in my case to see the changes in my skin. I would like to recommend them to my friends and family.

I took my son to see a doctor. I found that this clinic provides high quality service compared to other bulk billing clinics. The doctor was very nice and made me feel very reassured. Will definitely return to this clinic.
