The owner can be rude sometimes and not have good attitude towards customer, when you ask something

Small butcher - but bought some marinated steaks and chops here and they tasted delicious. Customer service was fine, no nonsense, helpful and didn’t waste my time. Good local butcher

Don’t bother, staff have no idea on how to talk to customers, keep your pennies and go down the road to Casey Central

Fresh meat, good prices compared to other shops I have brought from and the customer service is good, I appreciate the staff using gloves as most other shops don't take that precaution!

Asked the guy at the counter for 80/20 mince and he just stared at me like a hooked fish. I explained I want mince that 80%lean 20% fat. Blank stare. Asked him if he knew what I was talking about and he said no. Left and bought my mince in the packet from woolworths. Shame because I'd rather support small local businesses than a duopoly but what can be Done when the butcher doesn't even know what he's selling

Worst place to buy meat! Due to horrible customer service. I wanted to buy the lean cut up beef. I asked if i can pick which one to get and they refuse because its store policy. So i walked away. Never coming back there again.

We bought a kilo of premium mince beef and a few beef sausages. The mince had a fly in it!
Now in the bin! The sausages are so fatty we had to drain away the oil. No way are we going to be buying from this butcher again! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

This place is not just a eye sore, it is a nose sore too! The stench is unbearable and the service leaves little to be desired.

BE AWARE! ’Selling beef instead of goat’. As I asked him twice weather is it goat he said yes and while coming home it was beef as a religious person I don’t eat beef. Which is so disappointing.

Worst customer service. Their staffs doesn’t know those magic words and seem doesn’t want to sell their products even.

This is the worst meat shop for BBQ, Specially the chicken, they do not have the sense of cutting them probably; we get more than 150G out of 2Kg west meat, it is very embarrassing, I told them in person also to the manager but find them very rude and do not have good attitude towards customer, looks like they don’t like doing this job, shop runs because there is not any competitor in the area! Not recommended at all!

For what ever reason, He wouldn’t let me pick my own meat? I pointed to the pieces I wanted and he said no! He was also not wearing gloves
Glad to say, I will never be back there!

Very rude owner and customer.service bought meat there and had nice looking fresh at the display. But gave me the back stuff, got home and it was fatty and going green. Don't recommend and never will shop there again

Very friendly staff, I’ve recently moved to Cranbourne and needed a decent butcher. Fresh meat and close to other shops. Would highly recommend.
