Cranbourne Kebab Stop

HSP and kebab both have halved in size since they changed hands. Been back a few times to give them a chance. Unfortunately, no improvement. Like mentioned by other reviewers, there's plenty of bigger, better kebab shops nearby namely Cranbourne kebab ($10bigger kebab, opens till 1am), Amazing kebab ($10 bigger kebab with free can of drink). Etc. They're all bigger, cheaper, shorter wait time, a proper restaurant undercover with seating instead of a kebab stop in the car park, have the option to pay via card, the list goes on. Have a read below at their rude replies to bad reviews. Try it out youself & don't waste your time & money here.

I have had amazing 5 star food from here, however sometimes it is very average. I'm guessing it depends on the staff working that day. Would be great if they were consistent with the quality.

Absolutely delicious!
Would give 5 stars but paid extra for cheese and only 2 teaspoons on the small hsp. Still looking for it on the large.

Absolutely made a mess of my order, first of all the food arrived cold, it had the wrong sauce, I asked for no chips but had more chips than the actual meat in the HSP. No jalapenos which I paid extra for, pretty annoyed to say the least.

I ordered $52 two HSP by Uber, both of them were so less not enough chips and meat. Did not taste as good as other places. Such a waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Prices go up and portions go down but when you bring this to their attention as a freindly gesture you get abused which is uncalled for especially when there is young familys present.
So after 10+ years of being a customer you will never see me here again.

Best kebabs I’ve ever had, bought a HSP and Kebab Combo, tasted delicious. Best Kebab Shop i know.

I was a regular customer. However, now they have increased their prices and decreased the amount of food. Meanwhile, Cranbourne Kebab serves the best HSP and Kebab with a greater amount of food and also cheap price. Not only me but our whole family members would visit Cranbourne Kebab in the future.

I was loyal customer for the past 5 years and today is the day I decided no more.they increase their price and reduce the amount. It should be one or the other! $16 for a small hsp, that's just absurb. Gonna go to Cranbourne Kebabs instead where it's $10 for small. It's just disgusting for such a famous place.

For $15 they give you container full of chips and the thinnest layer of meet on the name of Hsp, not impressive at all

First time here, great kebabs and great service even under covid times.
Kebab had very little oil in the bottom when finished. Other places blame the tomatoes leaking oil into the bag but not here.
I will do an update in a month after coming here for 4 weeks.

Seems to be good earlier. But meat containers i bought today its so small. Its kind of kids meal. Paid $15 for small tiny container which wasn’t even fully filled. So disappointed. W”ll never go back there. Felt ripped

I dobt remember going to any kebab stop. Maybe you got it wrong maps? So I will give it a 5 for blowing my mind!

I would say best kebeb i have tried so far in the area. Good taste. If they can improve a little on the quantity they will be ultimate. Hope the management will improve the quality of meat in the kebeb.

Each time I have found the experience great!

The employees can come across as a bit. Standoffish?
However, they are not. Once you start chatting with them, they are quite friendly and have a good sense of humour.

I normally go to the location and order in person.
I want to make this absolutely clear.

EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE IN PERSON, THE SERVICE AND QUALITY HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL!

Tonight I was beat after a long day at work, so I used Uber Eats as I had a voucher.

I placed the order at 18: 00pm and the order arrived at 19: 15pm.

I am not sure what happened here as it is normally quite quick.
It may have been as a result of ordering through Uber Eats?

Anyway, I want to reiterate.
The Kebabs are awesome and the service is normally exceptional.
Just tonight was slow, which could have been an Uber Eats issue, I am not sure.

Brought dinner for the family the other night absolutely delicious kababs and the HSP was beautiful.
First time trying out this place definitely our new kabab shop 5 stars

Hard to find a good kebab stop these days however these guys are pretty good in comparison, there is a little bit of wait however I do believe that is more due to the fact there always seems to be a bit of a queue every time I have gone there.

Purchased HSP's and a Kebab here tonight.
They were super busy, but didn't have to wait too long.
Food was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us.

Keep up the great work.

Basic kebab nothing special. Giving a three because my mother in law said it was nice, my partner thinks it’s average and ehh.

Yummy it was delicious one of the best kebabs around good value plenty of parking I'll be going back again
