Food was delicious and very generous. First time customer and will happily order from here again

I come here after school and the owner is always welcoming and nice. The food is amazing the chips are always made fresh, and the meat is delicious

I came today 1.40 and they show here Friday closing time is 2 am I was waiting near the door 15 minutes no one came out and tell me anything they looking at me and did their cleaning jobs inside the shop such a disgusting behaviour of workers and the customer service is awful

As a self proclaimed HSP enthusiast, I would rate it a 7/10 on the scale. Good sauce distribution, though lacking in the cheese department, but most importantly chips that stay crispy! And good customer service. Cheers for the dinner!

Although the menu is extensive, trouble arises when one asks them what all is available at the moment, then the list shortens to the extent of just kebabs and chips.

One of worst customer service,
Asked for two large container to person looks like owner, instead of saying sorry, we don't have left enough that he has too many order, he went, " you cannot get it tonight, it's an hour wait, he also told me you should have ordered an hour earlier". No sorry no politeness.
Now is walking-in is an offence to this shop?
To me, regardless how much he's earning, how much yummy food he's selling, if doest have sense to talk to your customer, everything look tasteless. #boycottkebabloverscranbourne

Ordered 2 kebabs. 1 was drenched in oil and grease. The other had barely any sauce and flavour. Pretty let down as their HSPs are usually nice

Friendly stuff, food is always fresh and really look after your customers.
I arrived late to pick up my order by 30 minutes and when I arrived they made me a fresh one as the ones I ordered would have been all soggy. I really appreciate you guys Doing that for me. You did It out of kindness even tho food was wasted! Use are doing a wonderful job and I’ll be back soon and on time

About time I added my review.
We have ordered from this place for the last 3 years. Kebabs, HSPs, chips etc. Never any issues, great service, fresh lamb and great flavours. The bloke behind the counter is courteous and the women are very polite. Will always return to this place every time. Keep it up mate

They have unprofessional.we letting them they know there service wasn't we were expecting.each delivery person is unique.however it's usually best to be polite, professional and detail oriented.

Order food vie phone says 10mins u go there you wait 10mins plus extra 15mins and nobody is worrying
