Cranbourne Golf Club

An interesting course to play, great fairways although the greens were very fast when I played and challenging as many are also not flat. They can be difficult to land on and stay there. Also there is no shortage of bunkers around greens and on fairways. It can be challenging, but also fun.

Course was in great condition. Temporary 18th in play due to 17th being closed. Very nice dining area - for a drink after game.

Facilities are very good. We went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday party and staff worked well providing food to all the guests.

The course was in great condition, and the lady in the proshop was fantastic and lent me a battery for my golf buggy when I forgot mine

The course is in excellent condition. Fun but challenging for all range of skilled golfers. Highly recommend to play here!

Excellent venue and fantasic service. Marnie, the manager is so accommodating and very friendly. Great for private functions and parties.

Well maintain course, except several bunker were filled up by water. Very nice staff.very long long fairway, very slick green not easy. Relatively forgiving fairway but don’t under estimate, tho definitively the long hitter will love this course.easy online booking, visitor can use GolfNow Apps.

Our Limo dropped some passengers here and everyone including the chauffeur experienced incredibly great, friendly service. This place is Highly recommended by us at Limozone

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by management. To say you have double booked an event after multiple confirmations shows you are money hungry. To not even answer calls to Narelle only to send a pathetic email cancelling her event with no offer of compensation is deplorable. You have ruined her 50th and caused stress and disappointment all round. Your handling of this is the worst I have seen from any kind of management. I am travelling from interstate to attend and can only hope Narelle can find an alternative venue at such short notice. Absolutely disgusting behaviour lift your game.

Disgusted with the way they mishandled a double booking for an event I was going to attend. Notification via an email after payments were finalised two weeks before the event. The person responsible refused to take phone calls or discuss the matter and no one else would address the issue. Event had been booked 7 months in advance. Friends and family had booked flights and scheduled leave. It is obvious that they chose to accept a booking that would make more money than to honour the booking that was correctly added to the books. Disgraceful.

I originally booked the venue for my 50th birthday for October 21 and paid my $250 deposit at the same time to confirm my booking. Obviously had to reschedule due to covid and as soon as I was able to (sept 22 2021) I booked for April 2nd this year (2022) and received an email from Marnie the operations manager confirming. Everything was going along well I have friends booked on flights from interstate, friends booking accommodation, I had booked and paid for make up and hair (non refundable deposits). I had exchanged emails with Marnie at various times with some questions and then went to the venue and had a meeting with Marnie regarding menu and set up of the venue on the day and paid the remaining $1500 so my event was fully paid for on 10/3/22. Then on Tues 15/3 I get an email from Marnie advising that an annual booking (not in the booking sheet) they have for a cricket club means that they have double booked my night and I will have to reschedule or cancel. I tried calling. No answer and did not call me back. I sent a reply advising this was not good enough as the people from interstate will have to pay fees loose accommodation and I would loose my deposits on my appointments as well as I can’t reschedule my leave let alone find another venue at such short notice. No response. I went in to the club and Marnie was not there. Left another message for her to call me to which I got another email advising my event is cancelled and to give my bank details for a full refund. I have asked for $1500 compensation to which I have had no reply and will be going to consumer affairs. I don’t believe there was an annual booking as going back through their Facebook page there are post about other events but absolutely nothing about this cricket club in April and I went back to 2018. I believe they had someone who wanted my date and had more people than me and so they cancelled my event to make more money. Absolutely disgusting! I have lived in Cranbourne most of my life and I will be telling absolutely everyone about their treatment.

Beautiful grass lawn. Peace of mind and great people there. I would be love to go there every weekend

Great food and well kept Greens. I have been a few times for work functions and have been very happy with everything.

Greens are quick, course is in excellent condition this time of year, well worth a hit if you haven't played here before.

Cranbourne golf club is really great and everyone is very friendly and kind. Membership prices are valued for money. The golf course has a bit of everything. Proshop workers are really helpful and friendly whilst giving tips on golf all the time if you ask. It is great for all ages as Cranbourne golf club has junior lessons and has players up to the age of 92. It is great that the road at the Cranbourne golf club is being rebuilt at the entrance of the golf club.
I would like to give a massive shout out for Tim!

Very helpful, friendly and excellent service from the Pro Shop staff under the expert guidance of Tim. The Pro Shop coaching programs are excellent. The course is in magnificent condition. A great place to spend many hours of the day.

Tim the head professional is terrible! Rude and obnoxious. It just goes to show with the amount of staff turnover working under him. It a real shame everything else was brillant! Course was fantasic, clubhouse is great and all other staff very friendly + helpful. I Would play Cranbourne regularly if it wasn't for multiple terrible experiences I have had in the ProShop

Staff are incredibly rude. This building is falling apart and the roads and facilities are discusting. I will never go here again. How do you have business with the attitude from your people? Worst gold experience yet
