I would definitely not recommend Meryl Anselm. Very unprofessional. Sorry, I could not even call you "doctor".

I had an appointment with physio Nikita, as usual she is very professional. Nikita carries about patients and their health, gives so many good advices.

I booked an appointment at this clinic hoping to get a repeat on a script I have had for 8 months. I unfortunately could not get in with my normal GP, so was looking to get just enough of the medication to last me a few days until I could get in to see them. The chemist was unwilling to provide an emergency supply without a GP script, so I made this appointment. I have been to this clinic several times, so was not a first time patient and my file would definitely have been on record there. The doctor said she was unable to fill the script as she is not my normal prescribing doctor. I asked what can I do to get this medication prescribed as I cannot get through days without it. The doctor was unwilling to listen to my concerns or provide a realistic solution. I was happy to provide full history and discuss why the medication was needed, but she kept saying the same thing over and over again and wouldn’t listen. She then hung up the phone on me. I cannot understand how a medical professional can conduct themselves in this manner. I was not rude in any way. I did not raise my voice or speak in an inappropriate way to her. I was simply asking what I could do to be able to get this medication that I desperately need. I was understandably upset that I couldn’t get a valid suggestion, but in no way did my behaviour justify at all her behaviour of hanging up the phone on me. How a medical professional can hang up the phone on someone who is clearly in distress is beyond me. I called the clinic back and was not provided any explanation or apology. I am shocked at the treatment from this clinic, and will be telling everyone I know to stay away.

A bit over this place at the moment you have to wait two weeks to get an appointment to see a doctor and if they ring and cancel it on you then you have to wait another two weeks to get another appointment it’s just too busy now

Took my daughter to see doctor Emily. She was really nice, thorough & communicated very well & clearly. My daughter is happy to see her again anytime.

Dr Phil Natividad is a caring, thoughtful, kind and fun doctor kids love who really listen to you and has a natural rapport with the kids.

Dr Emily, entered the conversation as a fully confident and enthusiastic Doctor, was warm and greeting to help in any diagnosis required.
Offering insightful steps to regain a health and too enjoy activities again.

I attended Cranbourne East medical centre as a first time patient. The medical centre was clean and well presented and was greeted by friendly staff. The doctor I saw was Emily Rodrigo who was very friendly, welcoming and as I was a first time patient asked some medical history before seeing what my actual problem was. I saw Emily as I had done something to my knee, she was very thorough with asking questions and examining my knee. I felt very comfortable and I wasn't rushed out the door like most doctors I have seen. I will certainly be seeing Dr Emily Rodrigo again and I also highly recommend Cranbourne East Medical centre.

Called the medical centre just a few minutes ago, they need a receptionist who can speak English.

Excellent service and awesome friendly doctors here in the clinic. When I’ve got covid I was so happy that they keep tracked and monitored my condition and felt really good to know someone is looking after me. I Highly recommend this family clinic to everyone!

Not busy when we went on a Monday morning. Lovely staff. On time.
Kid vaccinations are always hard, but while everyone was pleasant they seemed abit un- used to giving kids injections.

This is the worst consultation I ever had in this clinic. I need to have a phone consultation because I was really feeling sick and need to get a medcert coz I won't be able to come to work. The Dr was very rude, unprofessional and sounds very sarcastic the way she asked questions to me. It was the first time I encountered this Dr Divina Del Rosario because my GP was not around and she's the only one available. She has caused me mental distress and made me feel like I need to justify why I wont be able to work and why I would need a medcert where in fact I've already told her how I'm feeling and whats the history behind this problem. This is my body and I could tell if I'm feeling something wrong about it and you are supposed to help your patients and not make them feel even more uncomfortable or worst. It seems like she doesn't know the word "empathy" and doesn't know how to treat patients right. I will never ever consult with this Dr again. You're too far from my GP Dr Clarissa Roque never made me feel that way. Dr Clarissa is very professional and with a genuine heart towards her patients.

Our family physician, Dr Clarissa Roque is very caring, knowledgable, conscientious and by far, one of the best doctors I have ever met.
She treats her patients well and thoroughly listens to all our concerns?
I highly recommend her and this clinic.

Waited more thn 30 mins to see the doc. Never been waited that long in any gp clinic. And doc was in hurry, dinnot even give me enough option to tell the whole history and symptoms. Hopefully, his diagnosis was right.

My son was sick, was not getting appointed anywhere, I called CE medical center and they arranged a phone call appointed with an hour.

Dr Clarissa Roque is very professional, always eager to help due to her possibilty, kind and understanding.
The receptionists are nice and responsive.

High quality health care, friendly staff & Great facilities. Great Medical Centre. Highly recommend.
