I love the spaciousness of Marlborough's Mitre 10. It was literally like a breath of fresh air to stroll the isles and it was much easier to see and find what we needed than recent visits to similar sized hardware stores.
We picked up the many things we were after in record time without feeling we were caught in a maze.

Have just visited while passing through Maryborough and must commend you all on the appearance and variety in store.
The highlight was the very efficient young lady greeting us as we came in and walking us to the correct aisle twice when we asked about products. She was very knowledgeable and a credit to your business

Excellent customer service, even raced out to a customer in the car park who had left their Mighty Rewards Card on the counter, you won't see that up the road where they sell snags.

Crameri’s is the best hardware and produce store in town. Always helpful and have a large range. The drive through service makes things so easy.

Been in the garden section. Always like to see what's flowering. People are always helpful and friendly.

Twice in past 3 weeks we looked at ride on lawn mowers. Not once did anyone ask if we needed help, just kept talking to mates or completely ignored us, was going to buy mower for around $7,500, well you saved us heaps we went somewhere else and got a better and cheaper deal. We are doing our place up but we know not to go back here ever again. This isn't the first we gave them chances for other products.

Wonderful helpful service. A place you can still get clinical P3 masks and they will order them in for you. Also a great place to get Dahlia Tubers and Bare root Roses in season when sought after varieties are sold out. A complete one stop shop!

Your standard shop of nessesary items for trade. Only a small place so they don't sell everything. Good selection of plants there in the garden section.

Service was shocking! Walked in, was not greeted, two male staff members were too busy talking to acknowledge us and to help us trying to find what we wanted. Lucky we don't live in the area!
